Great little device. I’ve been in powerlifting for 8 years, but I only bought this in 2024 after something popped during a squat one day. It was great then, and it was great this past weekend when something popped on a deadlift. Thankfully I haven’t needed this very often, but when I’ve needed it, I’ve been glad to have it. Easy to use, has worked for the last 2 years, and inexpensive. I’m not sure how it holds up if you’re using it all the time, but if you’re looking for something to use every now and then, it’s a great product.

I haven't used it as much as I should, but when I have, this thing works so well. This is absolutely not a cheap imitation—this is the real deal! It reminds me of the heavy-duty gear they used to strap on us back in my days as an athlete! Now, it assists with my days of geriatric self-care, keeping these old muscles in line, haha. It’s a powerful, professional strength TENS unit that offers drug-free muscle pain relief. All the modes and the parts it came with are great, and it even comes with four electrodes for targeted relief. The quality is great, and the best part is that this machine runs on little batteries! WOW! They couldn't do that back in my day!

I bought the TENS 7000 Digital TENS Unit after tweaking my lower back during a very competitive (okay, slightly over-ambitious) game of pickleball. This little device delivered exactly what I needed. I used it for 20 minutes on, 20 minutes off, then another 20 minutes on, and the results were incredible. By bedtime, I actually slept pain-free for the first time in days. I could turn from side to side with zero sharp twinges—an absolute victory for anyone dealing with lower back strain. The unit is easy to use, the accessories work great, and the muscle stimulation feels strong and effective without being overwhelming. For such a compact device, it packs powerful relief. If you’re dealing with back pain, muscle strain, or recovering from an ill-timed athletic moment—this TENS unit is absolutely worth it. Total lifesaver!

The pads don't hold up very long, but, it really helps the pain. Works as expected. They should include extra pads.

I just opened the TENS 7000 unit and I'm immediately impressed by the case and design. The leads are very secure and attached easily. The operational design it simple to use and understand. My hubby is currently using it and he said he felt a noticeable difference in the strength of the pulses. I'm so happy I got this for him. The cost and quality are exceptional and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a TENS.

Excellent product, works very well. Case is very nice. The only slight draw back is it only comes with 4 stem pads. However I like the dual controls and range of mode settings. Recommended purchase for muscle soreness. This is a good quality product. Buyers may want to purchase additional pads from the start.

I purchased my TENS 7000 in 2018 due to a slipped disc in my upper back. The pain from this was horrible, and I went for an MRI which the doctor suggested pain medication. Tried the meds which only dulled the pain and I wanted something more that was not meds. A family member suggested this product to me, and it has really been a lifesaver. Unfortunately, I now tore my ACL in 2025, and post-surgery, I needed to use this for pain relief. Again this device has helped with both pain and function. I cannot recommend this enough. Totally worth it! Quick notes: - Easy to use - Durable (unsure how many hours clocked, but only until recently did it start to give way) Again, I have been using the same device since roughly 2020. I am now purchasing a new one with EMS. - Can use four electrodes at the same time, which helps when the areas are widespread (i.e., above and below the knee) - Be sure to buy extra batteries. I use mine twice a day. The battery lasts a little more than a week. I have not tried the chargeable, so I am speaking to the 9-volt battery version.

The new TENS Units produced today are far superior to the ones we used to use in the training room. The carrying case is handy and protects the Unit from damage. This TENS Unit provides a good, therapeutic level of stimulation. It does take some use and practice to figure out the settings you need (along with your trainer or doctor's instructions). It lasted 50 sessions on 1 battery which was impressive. The wires are not industrial strength but are good for at home use. As long as you don't roughhouse it or pull on the wires, it should give you years of use. I highly recommend this machine if you are prescribed or need a TENS Unit.

This technology is very powerful and it works. I decided to use it for myself after doing extensive research and TENS7000 was most suitable gadget. Fortunately it is availble at affordable price. I purchased one in August and I again I purchased one few days ago. Vagus nerve stimulation is researched extensively by scientific community as autonomic imbalance is the root cause of mainy ailments. When life style modifications are not adequate vns technology is necessary for tackling issues. Essentially in simple words it is Pranayama++ The product was delivered in time and I got it from Klamp associates in half the price of what I paid for the first unit. I still find it difficult to believe the price difference. However, common people should be very careful about using this product for VNS stimulation. Especially stop using if heart rate drops abruptly below 50 or if any other discomfort is experienced.
