This has been super useful in transitioning from an LVN to an RN. Figuring out nursing diagnoses and priority assessments has been made easier with this guide. Prior to having it, I felt a bit lost and now I have a better understanding and concept.

I'm a nursing student, and for all y'all nursing professions, you need to have some form of this book. In semesters past, a friend of mine had a later edition, and the information was incredible. This book is really a must have when making care plans or wanting to learn more about what interventions you can do for your patient. Reasonable for price.

The book came in excellent condition with all pages intact. In this photo I already wrapped it with a protective covering, but it was well kept. The box was perforated some to keep them from moistening during shipment. Overall, I recommend buying the book for student and registerednurses out there. I've been using the 14th edition of this book for nearly a year, and it has helped me greatly. It's comprehensive and easy to navigate even if you've never used a book like this before, which is why I bought this updated one to keep up with the new diagnosis. I'll be keeping my eye on the next edition when it comes out.

I absolutely love this book, it has been a so helpful for care planning! This is the second one I've bought and I swear by it. I love that it lists "related to" and "defining characteristics" . Very happy with this purchase.
