Good supplement. Good price.
BulkSupplements Pure BCAA 3:1:2 (Branch Chain Amino Acids) Powder (500 grams) I buy in bulk because it is a lot cheaper that way. Plus I get to determine how much of what item I want to take. I make my own pre & post workouts. If you look at my profile, you will see that I BUY a lot of supplements. Sometimes I am offered things at a discount. This is NOT one of those times. I PAID FOR THESE… FULL PRICE. I love this company and will continue to buy from them. They offer really high quality supplements at good prices. So far I have purchased at least 10 different items from them and I have never had a problem. Everything arrives correctly and it is dated properly (unlike a lot of the other companies selling powders). Their packaging is good. It comes in white sealed bag. When you get it just make sure to tap the top before you open it so all of the powder is at the bottom. This way when you open it, nothing spills out. Then when you are done you can reseal it. I attached a couple of pictures. It’s not much to see but you can see that the lot number and best buy dates are on the package. So…. BCAAs are super important. They help with just about everything. They help to keep you going with energy and help you keep your muscle (rather then it being used as energy). The first dose should be taken about 30 minutes before exercise another one right when you get done. Or of you want t, you can sip on it throughout your workout. I don’t mainly because I don’t want something else to hold onto. Then you can take a dose in your before bed shake. Star Rating: When I do a review I always start out with 5 stars ★★★★★. Then if there is something wrong I will deduct one star and explain why. This way I’m not just arbitrarily picking a number. I think this works properly and the price is AMAZING. 5 stars. I will buy it again. I do NOT ever give good feedback for bad products. Rest assured my reviews are honest. If you have any questions about this product or my review, please do not hesitate to ask. I can help you determine if this will fit your needs. Thanks for reading.

THIS STUFF WORKS
I have been sedentary for over a year now and almost 300 lbs. I have suffered from a general malaise that has kept me on the couch pretty much all day. My health is beginning to fail me and my immune system is starting to crash, I get sick a lot easier and for a longer time. This year I have decided to change my lifestyle. I have tried “miracle pills” chock full of caffeine and the next wonder cure for obesity and general sloppiness. This time I wanted to hit the root of the problem. I didn’t want to fool my body with “instant energy” that is merely a stimulant in disguise. I know with my processed food diet and habit of wearing a whole in the couch, I was missing some key nutrition to jumpstart my system. I searched everything from creatine to thermogenics always finding the same basic “bad for me in the long run” ingredients. Then I found bulk supplements. I started doing my research on amino acids and other supplements offered. What I found was these were pure, unadulterated building blocks essential to proper nutrition. Basically everything they sell is found in real food. While the names and abbreviations might be a little scary (being mostly scientific) a little research will set your mind at ease. Now, I bought a milligram scale (which you WILL need for proper daily dosage) and got about 6 supplements I thought would fill holes in my current diet and increase my energy from the ground up. I ordered AAKG, Beta Alanine, BCAA 3:1:2, D-Aspartic Acid, DHEA, and MSM. I mostly read the product descriptions and saw what they do, and decided what I wanted them to accomplish for me, then picked the ones that offered those benefits. I have been taking all of these daily for about two weeks now. RESULTS: Wow, the first day I cleaned the whole house, I couldn’t stop. My soft muscles were aching the whole time, but somehow that didn’t matter. I wanted to sit, I did sit, but found myself back up after 5 minutes without realizing it doing something else without even thinking about it. That is why I haven’t gone to the gym yet. I am a little worried I will lose myself working out and accidentally hurting myself by going too hard too soon. I am planning to start hitting the gym next week and start off with light cardio to get my body used to being active again. One other important thing to mention, my appetite has gone from brontosaurus to sparrow. I’m not sure if I wasn’t hungry or just forgot to eat. I know skipping meals is bad when trying to lose weight, but I guess a couple missed lunches won’t upset the cart. I am also chugging water like a champion racehorse, water in is water out as they say. BAD THINGS: I want to touch on a couple things that I don’t particularly care for about these products. Some might find them unbearable, but if you power through they should become more bearable over time. Bathroom visits were frequent and powerful for the first few days. I was using the bathroom so much I had to buy some baby wipes for my sore bum. I think this is due to a quasi detox period my body was and still is going through, plus all that water has to come out some way, lol. I think of it like putting engine cleaner through your tired engine, the gunk is going to come out, one way or another. The taste of some of these supplements is plain horrible. I tried them with water the first day and figuratively almost died. I switched over to using V8 juice and the taste is almost completely masked. I can’t wait to hit the gym so I can update this review with how great I feel before during and after working out, thanks to bulk supplements.

Massive Cuts to Workout Recovery
This is my go-to for workout recovery to move quickly away from post-workout soreness after heavy exercise. I find that I cut that time down by about 80% if I put this in my morning coffee and then again after the morning workout, allowing me to get back to the workout later that day or the next day instead of having an interim day for recovery purposes. I'm not sure of the mechanism, but I'm assuming that it helps move the lactic acid out of the muscle and give the muscle tissues whatever it needs to grow. While this isn't a pain reliever, the recovery does support that from another angle. I did a fair amount of research on the strength of BCAA and determine that this it's more about the proportions, and this is the ideal proportions for workout support. I wouldn't say that it adds anything to the energy level, but that's not why I take it anyway. This is about recovery. Overall, I have no problem with the strength or the quality of the product, which has been universally true with all Bulk Supplements products. As far as I can tell, this product is basically flavorless, though I've never just put it in my mouth. It goes into morning coffee and my electrolytes mix and I can't detect any difference, and it dissolves instantly.

Great price, performance to be determined
Have only taken a few days so cannot give five stars yet but very satisfied so far. Packaging is sufficient, powder was free-flowing and disperses well in your drink of choice. A measuring scoop is not included and would have been nice, but not a deal breaker. I just use an old Creatine measuring scoop of 5 grams and measure a half, which would be 1/2 teaspoon. Now for the elephant in the room: ALL these BCAA supplements taste horrible. I first tried adding the BulkSupplements BCAA to my protein shake but it just turned an enjoyable post workout drink into 16 ounces of a creamy nasty pukeness. I then added it alone to cold water and this was actually better if I chugged it. Finally, I decided to try it in my “Nitro Surge” Black Cherry pre-workout and believe it or not, I can barely taste the BCAA. I’ve done this for a few days now and this is where I’ve landed in using this supplement. As far as results, I’ll post an update in a month or two regarding recovery performance, etc. In summary, the packaging, powder flow and dispersibilty of this BCAA is good and the unpalatable flavor can be successfully masked in select pre-workout drinks. Performance to be determined.

A PROPER RATIO OF BCAA's
Highest Quality and The Only BCAA that should be sold. Has the exact ratio for human metabolism which for dome reason people think an opinion defeats science. Has to be this ratio plain and simple 3:1:2 otherwise the liver does not create the proper proteins. Thank You, please keep this product as good as it is today the same in 20 years. Bless you and Your Business.

Excellent Results After Just One !
I've been using the BulkSupplements.com BCAA 3:1:2 Powder for a week now, and I am already seeing impressive results. The mixability is excellent, with no clumping, and it has a mild taste that blends well with my pre and post-workout shakes. I've noticed a significant boost in my workout performance and reduced muscle soreness. This product delivers on its promise, and I couldn't be happier with the quick and effective results. Highly recommended!!

Just Pure , No Frills , Supplements and a Bargain Price
I like what the company is all about. I cant say for sure that these are pure but the package says no fillers and that seems to be true. They all seem to dissolve well in water and you get what you are after. I was buying supplements at the store and they just have so much other crap in them that is not needed. Just give what I came to buy....No frills... No fancy Package... Just what you need at a good price. I Do Know that these WORK!!! I worked out and didnt take my BCAA after of durring the day at all and the next day I was sore. I was able to drink some that morning and the soreness seemed to go away farily quickly. I just noticed.. "Hey my shoulders dont ache" and was super surprised at well this worked. I was paying 10x as much for BCAA with flavoring and other junk in it that is not needed and decided to try this in bulk and im glad i did. This Stuff WORKS and I will be buying again. My only complain is the zipper on some of these does not close well and I have had to put in a separate bag but not that big of a deal.
