Marsauto 9012 Led Bulbs,12000LM 6000K Xenon White,M2 Series Bulb Kit with Fan

The "new" 2019 version seemed to be very well constructed. Installation in my 2015 GMC Sierra was a bit of a pain, but that's due to the design engineers, not Marsauto. Once installed, the bulbs seemed really great. Color and dispersion of the light was great. Took my truck for a test drive (maybe 10 minute run), and everything worked great. Cycled the lights on and off a few times. Fast response time. On my way to work today, however, I was barely 30 minutes into my drive and I noticed my bulbs flicker, and then went out. When I got to work, neither bulb was on. I checked the connections of both bulbs and the fuse. All the connections were as they should be per the included instructions and the manufactures YouTube videos. Fuse was fine as well. I turned the lights back on, and the passenger side lit up, but the drivers side was still not working. I unplugged the bulb and re-verified all the connection, which were fine. Still no luck. I've messaged the seller, as Marsauto's website won't load. Waiting for a response.UPDATE: Customer service was very prompt on their response, and willing to correct the issue. Ironically, after I disconnected, reverified all the connections, and hooked them back up, everything seemed to work fine. Not sure if it was just a fluke or what. Now that they're working consistently, Im quite happy. Customer service reassured me they guarantee the bulbs for 12 months. Hopefully they last longer than that.UPDATE: Continued to have intermittent flickering and shut off of the bulbs. Once again, checked all of the connections and verified they are to manufacturers spec. Had them go out four times in a row on my ride home from work when it was borderline dark. Contacted the seller / manufacturer and was issued a refund. Going to try another brand.

I have never seen so much light come from such a small package. When I replaced my headlights with these LED's from Marsauto, at first I couldn't believe my eyes.. These are crisp, clean, and spectacularly bright. Installation is a breeze, and the price is better than you'll find elsewhere. Apparently I did not need the additional box that is supplied (they plugged in just like the old ones, but with a longer cord, which all fits easily inside the headlight housing. They are so bright that I rarely need to use the brights, yet not so bright that they annoy other drivers. These are a perfect fit, and being that they are LED's, they will probably last much longer than the old halogen bulbs, and probably draw less power as well, not to mention being more durable. I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend them to anyone in need of replacement bulbs.

Ordered the 9012 with the updated canbus. Nothing additional needed. No errors or flickers. MUCH improved visibility over the stock halogens. I was even able to fit everything including the additional anti-flicker module (that was not ordered seperately...came with the bulbs) back into the housing and secure the dust cap without any modification needed. The install was only difficult because of the engine bay layout of the GT. No fault of the bulbs.

I ordered the Marsauto 9012 M2 series led bulbs as they were the model reccomended for my 2014 GMC Sierra. There are videos from Marsauto on every other model of bulb except the 9012. The instruction booklet that comes in the box has no info on the 9012. It’s a generic set of guidelines for every other model they make. They are very critical on how the bulb should be installed, with the leds facing 3 and 9 o’clock. On a 2014 GMC Sierra, the tabs only line up one way which isn’t 3 and 9. There are some other components in the box which I assume are capacitors it transformers of some sort. No mention on needing to install these at all but I’m glad they came with it. When I installed them like the booklet says it any video I saw, simply plugging twisting the bulb in and connecting the truck wire to the back. That simple! Nope! Lights worked for 5 seconds and flickered and went out. I read more online and reversing the connectors, same result, 5 seconds , flicker, out. I connected the extra components to the light and truck wire and they worked, they are still working but they get incredibly hot! Maybe too hot to touch for long. I contacted amazon and was told to contact Marsauto, got a recording from an oriental female to leave a message and she will call back. They were cheap enough and they are an upgrade to the brightness for sure but how long will they last and will I be able to utilize the warranty if they fail as there doesn’t seem to be anyway to contact them! Will see how long the last or if they do any damage due to the heat generated. Amazon has this model and brand listed as their number 1 listing, I’m sure there are much better out there.....

Used on a 2014 Dodge Durango SXT. The install was really easy, didn’t even need the instructions. Thankfully my SUV has an access port in the wheel well for easy changes.I do have to say that the only con is the excess wire and box from the bulb makes it a little snug to put the protective housing back on after putting the LED bulb in the headlight. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to upgrade to LED headlights without spending a small fortune.Picture shows old yellow halogen bulb compared to the new white LED bulb on the drivers side.
