Lackluster USB 3 Speeds, but 4K@60Hz Works Exactly as Advertised
I can't believe that nobody has reviewed this product yet and I'm posting the first review!!Over the past week, I've been extensively looking for a USB C multiport adapter for my Surface Go that has:1) HDMI 4K@60Hz (very important for me)2) As many USB 3 ports as possible3) Pass-through chargingTo my surprise, EVERY adapter listed on Amazon which has USB 3.0 ports, lacks 4k@60Hz. I searched everywhere, Amazon, Ebay, Reddit, etc, to find a recommendation for an adapter that has all of above. I found this adapter purely by random chance and I'm extremely happy that I did! This adapter is very well-built and the brushed aluminum feels nice to the touch. It's simplistic enough and matches the black color theme of the rest of my gadgets as shown in the picture. The 4k@60Hz output works as advertised (again, as shown in the image). It also has 3 USB 3 ports, but I'm only getting USB 2 speeds (30-50 MB/s) from those ports for some reason.Overall, if you care about 4k@60hz, I highly recommend this adapter.

Does not operate at USB 3.0 speeds
Liked: Power passthrough, HDMI at 60HzDisliked: USB ports do NOT operate at USB 3.0 speeds, despite the vendor claiming to. I tested data transfers and various speedtests with a Gigabit ethernet to USB 3.0 adapter. The max I could get on our 1Gbps fiber connection was 280Mbps on a speedtest.net test. If I plug the Gigabit ethernet adapter directly into a USB-C port (with adapter) on my laptop, I can get up to 700Mbps. These tests were done within seconds of each other. It looks like its operating even below USB 2.0 speeds.

Just what I was looking for
So far I am impressed. I have have been looking for a hub that can run my xps13 to a display at 4k60, with power delivery and an external hard drive all through a single Thunderbolt 3 port, but I haven't had much luck. Then I found this hub and it manages to do all of that and have extra usb ports to spare. This little hub was exactly what I was looking for and I am surprised that you get all these features for this price. I would say the only negative (for me) was that the included cable is a little on the short side, but it is removable which allowed me to add a longer one, which is a great design feature as well. I would definitely recommend this hub based on the time I have with it so far.

Decent Product
It is very compact but leave enough room for thing I want to plug in. I use those 8bit adapter to use my PS4 controller with Nintendo Switch. It connect great while leaving rooms for adjacent ports to be used by others. It feels very solid and works great. But it did require power source to be used with Switch.

Extremely Buggy, doesn't work well
I bought this to connect my macbook pro (2017) to 32 inch 4K monitor. My setup is Laptop -> JayMag 5 in 1 Adapter -> 32 inch Monitor (via 4K HDMI Output) in addition to MSFT Comfort 5000 wireless keyboard/mouse via USB port. Its a nightmare to deal with this adapter. It worked consistently only 2 days and after that i started seeing issues. Either my monitor lose the signal or my keyboard/mouse freezes and stop working. I unplug the adapter from laptop and replug and everything is fine for another 30 min or so. Then same things repeats. When i remove USB dongle for wireless keyboard/mouse my HDMI stops working and vice versa.

4k @ 60hz
It's surprisingly difficult to find a USB-C hub that allows for HDMI 4K @ 60hz. Also, when you do find one it's a couple hundred bucks.I figured I'd give this one a try and it actually works! I've only used it once, will update this review after a few months if I run into any issues. Totally worth it!

Unreliable
As two other reviewers before me indicated, this hub is unreliable. Devices drop their connectivity, laptop stops charging, and/or the monitor winks out. The USB devices are only drawing power (small speakers) and/or used super-infrequently (cam), so it doesn't seem just to be a device bandwidth issue.

Great 4k 60Hz, not so good USB 3 hub
Love that it's running 4k 60Hz, make sure your TV supports it and is setup right in the settings. USB 3 hub portion ... is meh. See attached where I speed tested an external HDD getting 130ish writes and only 42ish MB through the hub, but still good 4 star review as it's pretty inexpensive compared to others and I really wanted it for the 4k 60Hz display.
