If you want to jump straight to the review, go to my next paragraph. First, a couple pertinent facts about me: I am about as wide as I am tall, have an average arch, wear a US size 8 1/2 or EU size 41(which is actually a US 9), & most of my shoes have no arch to them what-so-ever. Also my job entails a pretty even mix of walking/standing/sitting & I try to exercise with a mix of walking & exercise tapes like Zumba/Pilates stuff & dance-exercise type stuff. So you get an idea of how I use my footwear. These come nicely packaged & easy to get OUT of the package as well. They fit my shoes without having to trim which is a bonus to me! The top material is soft - feels nice if I'm going sockless, & I think it helps my feet not be so sweaty. I think it also helps with some of the "foot smell". I love the padded arch, & the extra padding on the heel & ball of the foot falls right for me & is super nice since that is always the parts that get too flat with my shoes & other insoles that I have tried. I also like that these come in multiple colors so I can match or compliment some of my shoes & can go with the neutral beige for light colored shoes & black for my dark shoes. Not really a breaking point for me, but the option is a nice bonus. I got my first pair of these about 4 months ago & all the puffy padded parts are still puffy & padded! Most insoles I have tried previously would be dead by now. I was moving the 1 pair from shoe to shoe as I changed, but have now gotten a set for each of my existing shoes & am buying a new set each time I buy a new pair of shoes. These have really helped reduce some of the pain I get in my feet because of my weight & the amount of time that I spend on my feet. *Disclaimer* I have paid full Amazon price for every set of these I have ever gotten. I am not a 'review-this-for-your-free-product' person nor a 'professional reviewer'.

These are practically child sized! I thought that I was ordering both the black and beige in same size, but the black are men's and these are for small women with narrow feet. I am a woman with size 10 feet. The website description should make this more clear. The packaging is all in another language and the sizing is non US, so it would be really hard to know what you're getting without taking them out of the package and trying them. They are supposedly size 40 to 35 if cut. The fabric insoles are very thin with a foam backing and some cushioning at toes, ball of foot, arch and heel. They might be good for a dress shoe, but they don't provide any real arch support.

So these kinda suck but they are the only ones i can cut to adjust to my tiny feet that are skinny enough to put inside flats (the flats were a little big so i put those in to fit better and they worked great but after a day or 2 at work they lost their cushion and started to make my feet sweat. after a few weeks i threw them away but eneded up getting new ones but will prob end up throwing them away after they get too ruined again

These were easy to cut to size and they are comfortable to wear. They are perfect for bare feet as the material helps to absorb perspiration. I don't sweat much so I don't expect to have to wash them that often, but I plan to hand wash them to prolong their durability. If you need a firmly supported arch, these will not provide enough support for you.

I was skeptical - these look strange... but none of the OTC shoe inserts from the drug store were helping me. I walk and hike a lot, and the next morning, the balls of my feet (just under the toes) would cramp and be quite painful. I thought this was arthritis...I did a little research online and these seemed to be a possible solution. They are working so incredibly well!!! I have had minimal cramping in my feet after a long hike or walk. Super cool. I have bought another pair and will likely buy more :)

the arch support lasts, but the heel cushion got flattened after too short of time, and that's what I needed, so I'll just keep looking. but they do feel great. they're nice and warm and soft, but they don't give the heel any padding in a short time.

I was very skeptical about buying insoles online, but what the hell, it's Amazon and they rock at returns. Luckily, I didn't have to return this. My biggest issue with insoles (aside from comfort) is finding ones that are thin enough to fit in my existing shoes but still supportive. Well, these nail it. I am typically a 6.5 without insoles but inserting these in my 6.5's only make it a bit more snug. These make me want to wear my high heels more! Definitely a great purchase.

The support of these are exactly what I need, making walking very comfortable. However, during the summer heat, they make my feet sweat (YUCK!) and they then RETAIN that moisture for DAYS. Will have to be pretty desperate before purchasing these again. The seller, though, sent these promptly.

Wear it in my winter boots. A great fit with the "cut to fit". Have ordered a second pair.
