Great product!
Came in the sane day I ordered, in perfaect condition. There is no such thing as far as alarm installs go, but it's not difficult you can't do yourself came with everything they said. Works great on my 01 Honda Accord.

Loving the 2 way remotes, some poor choices on features
First off this thing is a VERY complicated install, if you are not highly experienced in this area I strongly suggest you get someone else to do the install. Otherwise the unit works great, having the 2 way remotes is amazing, way more than I expected, and the range is really good. Was a bit of extra hassle in my case as an 89 Toyota Supra has 2 separate ignition circuits, this alarm doesn't have a separate ignition kill wire so you have to use relays to allow the alarm to energize the ignition for remote start or turbo timer but also allow it to detect an ignition on while it is armed and set off the alarm. On a side note this was extra handy while working on the car(replaced the turbo) as I was able to disable the siren then set off the alarm and crank the engine to get oil pressure into the new turbo without having the engine start.A couple features i'm not happy with:1: Auto Arm that cannot be disabled, this is 30 seconds after you shut off the ignition then open and close a door. Will probably be fine during daily use but just make absolutely sure you have your keys on you when you get out, it will arm your car and lock the doors with the keys inside. If the auto arm could be disabled this wouldn't be an issue.2: Only one door trigger connection, On my Supra the drivers and passenger doors use a positive trigger and the trunk and hood use a negative trigger. The alarm itself only has one connection which can be used positive or negative so I had to get a relay board so I could have all of the inputs send out a single trigger if any trip.

Gem or bust? Definitely bust.
Wasn't easy to install. Instructions are all there. However this lacks a very important safety for the remote start among other minor ones. There should've had hood trigger shut off wire, for when you're working under the hood, there isn't one. That is a huge safety issue, I had to use a relay to add one. There are two "parking light" wires when there doesn't have to be. There is only one ignition wire, I had to use relays for a second one. The remote stops working at times which you have to take the battery out, and wait a few seconds then put it back in, then wait to reboot. Hope you're not in a hurry. Also it's a bad thing cause when it freezes it defaults to a locked position, so if you forgot to lock your car and you look at your two way remote, it appears you did. I bought this alarm with the risk of it being a gem or a bust but I'll save you the hassle and say it's a total bust.

The install is DIFFICULT
The guy who installed my alarm had to get back in which the back up needed back up. Soooo many wires. It still drains my battery so I didn't add all features. I got it installed on 5/27/23 in which on 6/12/23 I've already had to replace the battery on my 2004 Toyota Highlander. One of the remotes concked out on 6/10/23 and it will give any operational options for the alarm. Most nights I have to decide if I want to cut the alarm on or not which defeats the purpose of having it in the 1st place. Someone broke into my car 1wk prior to me ordering this at the beginning of May 2023. Now my return window has closed so I'm down to one remote not even 1 month into using the alarm.

Not the original k-9 alarm
My bf said it’s not the original k-9 alarm because one it does not automatically lock up the vehicle and second for the original k-9 it normally gives you some time for the alarm to go off but this alarm doesn’t goes off at all.
