I've been using this probiotic for 7 months. It helps with my digestive track issues I had. When I had a sinus infection that required antibiotics, I took 2 a day for the last 3 days of antibiotics and the next 5 days. No negative effects from taking the antibiotics, unlike in the past.

I think it helps but water would really help as well as it’s not a miracle if keto has you constipated

I gained over 60 pounds when I became confined to a w/c 21 years ago and no matter what diet I tried, I couldn't lose the weight until I started taking these! I haven't really even dieted and only took 1 capsule 20-30 mins. prior to 2 meals/day and after 1 year, I have lost just over 20 pounds! This is great for me since I continued eating what I wanted! I love red raspberry pie (Amish made in my hometown bakery) but no one else in my house eats pie so twice now, I have bought a pie, took 1 capsule prior to eating a piece and ate the entire pie both time over 3-4 days/each, and actually lost a few ounces each time! In the past, I have ALWAYS gained 5 pounds after eating a pie! So glad I can enjoy my favorite foods and still lose weight! I have purchased several bottles of these and will continue to buy them! These are semi-large capsule (not really big ones), so if you normally have problems with capsules, you may need to take a bite of food to get it down. I usually have problems with larger capsules but didn't have much trouble with these as long as I drank a full glass of water afterwards.

It works as well as any other brand I've tried and I have not noticed any side effects like other reviews have mentioned. Today I've noticed a lot of rumblings in my stomach, but I haven't taken it steady every day yet. I had 10 days left of a previous brand so I've been doing that and this every other day until the old brand is gone to ease into it.

Product arrived on time and in good condition. Purchased for relief from stomach discomfort. After 4 days of use, there has been no noticable improvement.

I’ve been having digestive issues for several years. I have tried other probiotics, including prescription, with little to no improvement. I tried these and within a week, I have seen vast improvement. I think it’s because they are designed to help digest a higher fat diet and my issues were closely linked to eating meat. I just re-ordered!
