Fender Pure Vintage 50s Stratocaster Accessory Kit, Eggshell

I bought these accessories because I bought a Squier Affinity Strat specifically to modify. It is bright red with a very white pickguard - but the pickup covers and volume/tone knobs were a cream color. I put in new alnico pickups and pots, and used these parts to replace the cream colored stuff that came with the guitar. Knobs were a little large, because they’re for a Fender Strat, not a Squier, but a wrap of electrical tape around the pot knob worked to create a good fit. The white pickup covers look great, and fit just fine with no modifications required. If you’re buying these fir a Fender Strat, they should be perfect. I’m happy with the quality and the price. Would recommend.

This kit was exactly what I was looking for, I already had the pickup covers but I needed the knobs and the switch tip to finish a project guitar that was working on... I put a set of Rio Grande Muy Grandes in a Fender Robert Cray Stratocaster white, covers, white knobs, white switch tip on a 3 layer Fender Black/White/Black pick guard. These completed the work excellently. As with just about every part I have purchased that were Fender Genuine Parts, these were perfect.

These kits have the pickup covers, knobs, switch tip, & tremolo arm tip. These are the harder, stark white brittle plastic like the 1954-1956 Stratocasters had, sometimes called "bakelite". Accurate font with the serif on the 1 & 10. They are super white & stay white no matter what you do to them. These pickup covers will not fit on Squier Stratocasters, only American & Mexican Fenders. The Tremolo Arm Cap fits on American Vintage, Pure Vintage & Roadworn / Vintera (Fender) Stratocaster Trem Arms only, not Squier. The switch tip is the same, Fender only, not Squier

These aren’t something that you just put on when you get them since you have to take off the strings, pickguard, remove the pickups, etc., etc. So when I got the time to do just that I realized that these don’t fit the Noiseless pickups on my Fender Artist Series guitar. Oh, well. At least I can warn you if that’s what you’re buying them for.

Knobs fit great on CTS pots, tip fit switchcraft jack , and covers fit on a set of fender tex mex pickups. Everything looked great.

Always check measurements before ordering. These will fit most USA Fender pickups but probably not imports. Over all the pickup covers have a nice semi-sheen to them. Not a bright shiny reflective type of plastic on the front face anyway. To my eye it's an attractive look vs the slick sort of gloss plastic look. The knobs have a rounded almost worn sort of feel to the top edge. That's nice vs a sharp edge that you have to handle when adjusting. They do not have knurls in them at all. But I was able to spread apart the tops of the pots to make them work. I was able to achieve a tight and serviceable but not bomb proof fit. Only reason I'm knocking a star off the review. I'm actually not sure what type of pot these are intended for, I've repaired many guitar and have never actually encountered this style of potentiometer/knob fitmet setup. Switch tip was a squeeze to install on a switch craft slide switch. That's perfectly fine in my opinion. This part should definitely be hard to get on and off. Feels super secure. I installed these on a hard tail strat with no trem system so I did not use the trem arm tip. It seems fine as well but I have no clue what thread it would fit. Overall opinion though, these are worth the money. I've tried cheaper kits before and will gladly pay for the Fender parts next time. These went on a strat I built to sell and I'm satisfied shipping these on a guitar I built.
