Jaybird Freedom F5 in-Ear Wireless Headphones - Blush Rose Gold

Earbuds were not in the manufacturer's box nor were they sold with stock ear clips or shirt clips. Rather they were sent with 2 different sets of ear clips that were very clearly aftermarket or 3rd party. The earbuds, charger, and electronics work normally. I was also not provided with any manual or instructions and had to look those up. Item sold was not as described. 3 stars as all the "parts" are in very good condition but I would have liked the manual and the sport clips/foam earbuds instead of these garbage silicone ones.

Previously I've had no problems with Jaybird headphones. I washed a pair of my old ones on accident and ordered a replacement pair for myself and my husband. Neither worked. I received the replacements today and the same vendor shipped at least one more that doesn't even turn on. The verdict is still out on my husband's pair, but once connected to the battery, mine is currently not charging at all. That is AT LEAST three pairs from The Deal Source seller that haven't worked. At a certain point, this becomes a pattern.

I ordered 2 and neither one held a charge. I ordered 2 replacements and neither one of those held a charge.Jaybirds have been our favorite in the past.

Buds would not take a charge and would only work when connected to the charger. Item had been opened and returned before we received it. Some parts missing. Seller resold us a returned defective unit.
