This product did a great job during the baking and cleaning up process! Braiding this type of bread is the best way to make it if you desire authentic style... however, I bake a Keto version which cannot be effectively baked in the conventional way. This fab bread mold did a fine job for my recipe. Well made, easy to clean I would buy this again plus other items from the Vendor!

This product is a great way to make a decent Challah when time is of the essence! It is great quality. I use this every week and it never fails! I will certainly be buying other sizes.

This is an excellent challah loaf pan. I have the large and purchased the medium, because the large is just not quite large enough to accommodate easily a double batch of dough/batter. Instead, the batter spills over the edge w/a double batch, and with a cookie sheet beneath the mold, it is easy enough to scrape up the extra w/no waste. But, the medium size purchase seemed in order. The mold needs a stabilizer beneath, otherwise it will tilt and spill over in the oven, hence the cookie sheet or a pie diffuser. I prefer the cookie sheet for potential spills. Also, over time with use, the mold begins to lose that perfect shape, and increasingly needs stabilization. Not to say the challah portion loses any of that perfect challah shape, no, but the firmness of the mold lessens, and the lip around the top begins to pucker up/just fall out of shape in general. Also, over time there is some discoloration to the mold from use, and it doesn't come out w/washing. All in all, I would say this is a very, very good mold and I would recommend buying it; the only reason I didn't give it a five star rating is for those relatively minor points mentioned above. The challah turns out perfectly shaped every time, looking lovely and delish.

I gave this as a shower gift. It was the hit of the party. The young girls were thrilled at being able to make challot so easily; no braiding, no having to wait for them to proof. They talked of buying frozen challah dough and.....a no sweat Friday might! The mothers present were just blown away at such an invention (and glad that their daughters would now have NO EXCUSE not to bake challot!)

I found a recipe online by Jamie Geller where she used this pan, so I decided to try it...and it worked! The bread was cooked through and through and really looked as though I had spent time braiding it. I have made challah using this method several times, and it is perfect for when I am short on time, but still want homemade challah.

It is quite a misshapen loaf of Challah. Not a fan.

I haven't used this yet, but it looks like it's a great pan and I can't wait to try it.

I have been using this for a few years now and I love it. I don't only make challah in it, I also use it for biscuit dough and make one enormous biscuit with it. It looks fabulous and is easy to tear apart. This was yet another item I eyed for a long time before buying it, and I only wish I had bought it sooner!

Very good quality

Mold worked very well. We had been making our own eggless challahs due to food allergies, but we never really mastered braiding by hand.. This mold makes challah look professional and appealing. Much nicer to serve to guests.

Great product recommend

It's fine if you do not know how to braid a Challah but we were disappointed that it did not look like a braided Challah. Just looked like a loaf with bumps on the top.
