Wonderful costumer service
I had a small issue with my handle. They accidentally sent the wrong piece. Their customer service was unbelievable and fast to respond and correct the problem. I am super happy with the product and even more impressed with the customer service we received. Would definitely recommend.

Does the job
hard to find hardware for the doors we had but these were a direct replacement. they are good, but i can’t understand why they use a hex screw to attach the handles. enough force and you can pull the handle out of the door. otherwise it is a good product, if a bit pricey

Missing parts
The door handle was missing 2 parts when it was shipped. The latch strike plate, and the lock actuator, which locks the door. So disappointed. Hoping the seller can make this right as this was a pricey item and now we have no lock on our back door.

Excellent handle set replacement to update your Andersen french doors
This handle set is priced very well and is of typical high quality from Andersen. Fully sealed boxed that was packaged well. I got the black finish rather than oil-rubbed bronze and it looks so nice compared to the previous shiny brass. Completed updated my doors for a fraction of what Andersen charges on their site. All About Doors and Windows is a great seller!
