Wii Component Cable

Arrived quickly, works as expected and great price.

We have had a Wii for a good while now and the pictures quality was just not that good. We not only use it for games, we stream Netflix movies on it. Even our children noticed that the computer had a better quality than the Wii. I finally made the decision to try and "upgrade" to get a better quality picture. Quite frankly, I was a bit skeptical that it would make a difference. Like with any purchase I make on Amazon, it came promptly and without problems. I hooked up the cable (was extremely easy and directions were perfect) and to my surprise and everyone else's it made a HUGE difference. If you are needing to upgrade the quality on your Wii, you need to get this. It truly makes a difference!

Everyone! DO NOT BUY THESE! Blue did not work on arrival, IntecGamer has no phone number to call! I just got these today, and they have to go straight back, since I can't take advantage of the "life time warranty" Intec offers. Shame you can't talk to anyone there! Stay away from these, or your gonna be disappointed!

I was a bit skeptical of buying a non-Nintendo product, and especially an inexpensive one from an unknown (to me) brand. However, like many other home theater/entertainment cables, I suppose there really is no reason to pay more for the so-called "premium" product.I have this cable running from a Wii through a receiver and then to a flat panel TV via HDMI, and everything works as promised. You really can't screw this up. Very happy with the purchase.

These cables ARE compatible with Wii systems.However, they are advertised as "gold plated" cables.They are NOT gold plated.They will work in your Wii, but don't think you're getting top of the line merchandise.

This cable works great between the Wii and my new HDTV. I wanted the component cable to increase the picture quality when watching Netflix over the Wii. Be sure to change the resolution in Wii settings once the cable is installed for a better picture quality. Pay careful attention to the red connections; cross connecting the two red cables will make the resolution terrible. If this happens, just switch the two.

It's not like this product is relevant anymore with the HD Wii U out, but I feel compelled to review this product anyway. For not very much money, it does upgrade the Wii's picture output fairly considerably. If you're still using a Wii for games like Mario Kart Wii or SSBB, these cables go a long way for making the experience better.

Five stars for this component cable because it makes Wii look a lot better than just using the normal yellow RCA video cable. I like that it is black because I have a black Wii. Nothing negative to report. Highly recommended!
