Intalled these on the hard top of our boat to charge our music system batteries (2 -10" subwoofers, 6 speakers and 2 amps) These work so well on sunny days that we only use power generated from the sun keeping our 2 batteries fully charged!! So worth it!

I have not installed any solar products before and was very apprehensive about it, thinking I would have to have the system installed at a great cost. I especially didn't want to drill a hole in my RV roof. However, after measuring carefully I found the best spot to drill near a vent and did so, and was able to run the wires down the back corner of a closet and into the battery storage compartment. From there it was easy to go up the wall to mount the controller, using wire channel all the way down the closet and up the wall. Fastening down the flexible panels was a bit tricky with butyl tape, but it all worked out great. I have a steady 13.8 volt charge on the deep cycle battery, which is enough to run my small refrigerator constantly. The controller that came with the package does not get hot like was mentioned in the product info.

Buy in the pandemic to set up as an back up power usage . Open the box and it looks very good and new. However , when set up and use the two flexible solar panel, the two panels together only show up to 90 watts best only in my Bluetti solar generator screen meter , less than half of its rated specs. Use several weeks, No matter I try adjust and in series or parrel panel connection, always show less than 10O watts total on a full sunny 70F degree day.I also have other two HQST regular aluminum frame 100 watt ploy crystalline panel , the same setup under the same sunny condition easily output 160W，either the 100w flexible panel advisement in this packages are totally wrong and overrated, or the ones that I received are defective, I saw other people report the same underrated solar panel output as my case, I plan check at seller about this and whether can get a solar planek replacement since it is less than 6 month, .. Give only one star unless there is a way to have a replacement , will contact seller

Works as advertised! Great deal, charges, even in low light, stormy conditions,The charge controller works, the buttons are kinda particular.The only thing I don't like, ( but for the price ) the charge controler has lots of custom features- however does not show the voltage coming from the panels. Just the battery voltage. You can also see, discharge,charge settings. The only reason it did not get 5 stars.But the settings are customizable.

Put this set on my Semi tractor roof. Install was very easy and it looks like in just a couple of days the 4 12v batteries will be fully charged. My truck is set up to haul my 5th wheel so it sits quite a bit until I retire. I will be back to give more history on how this set up works later. So far very impressed except for buying them a week before the cyber sale of 50 bucks off...…. Bummer for me!! Maybe since I purchased this so close to the sale the seller will give me a good deal on an MMPT regulator...….

These are older style panels that have a very cheap feeling. It's very thin, but in a bad cheap way. It is also insanely glossy. The nail in the coffin though is placed next to 3 other panels from amazon that are all in the same price range it produced 46 watts compared to 54 and 56 of the competitors. The components of the kit (the charge controller and cables) are actually pretty nice, and the other panels did not come with them for the same price. But at the end of the day the longevity and production of this panel is not offset by the extras IMO.

Very easy to install, thin, flexible, lightweight. Great connection and meter package.

There was only one part that wasn't intuitive; the final cables that go to the controller seemed reversed. But the controller won't work the other way round, so once we switched negative and positive, it's been working like a charm. I've got the flexible solar panels propped up on a couple of lawn chairs to make it easier to angle them to the sun as the day progresses. So nice to have power at night! Makes boondocking a whole lot easier. I highly recommend these.
