This was super easy for me to put together by myself in 15 minutes, without tools, and works great! People who review or complain of the drain clogging/stopping...we figured it out! You just have to loosen the top cap slightly on the gray water tank because it’s creating air pressure if not, which pushes up against the drain. We ran into this after some use, and I was wracking my brain trying to understand why it wasn’t draining, even though nothing was visually blocking the drain. My boyfriend quickly figured it out and solved it. They should definitely state that boldly in the directions when connecting the drain hose. I’m sure it would save a lot of buyers from wasting time or thinking they have to drill out the drain screen (which I was almost ready to ask my boyfriend to do!) So just loosen that cap slightly to release the air pressure (the one the drain hose goes into) and voila! Drains perfectly now!I bought this to set up next to a porta potty rental for an event we had (since sink rentals were sold out and backordered due to Covid). Then I brought it into our barn for us and guests to wash hands since we have animals. It’s so stinkin cool and convenient, I love it. Before this, I helped people rinse hands using our yard hydrant/spicket... but this takes it up a notch, and keeps me from having to run get the soap and paper towels for them, etc. The hands-free pump is perfect for Covid too (in my mind), and just takes a little practice to get used to. If you make multiple small and consistent presses on the pump, you get a steady flow that’s just like turning on a tap. I use it often myself and am thrilled.The fresh water tank size is great. My boyfriend was concerned we would have to keep refilling it too often, but we haven’t had to refill it even once yet! The foot pump naturally keeps people from leaving the water running while they are scrubbing with soap, which really extends that water supply. I love it!I mainly bought this model over others, after days of comparing, because it comes with the gray water tank. So convenient and ideal! For my farm and business, I wanted a clean and compact set up where people wouldn’t be grossed out by the sight of the gray water (like in a bucket or jug)...or turned off by seeing us drain it into the grass. And I wanted the option to be able to put it anywhere, even inside. This makes so much sense and looks great, and is versatile because I CAN put it anywhere. It’s also light to move, even when filled. The gray water tank also makes it so I don’t have to worry about a bucket of dirty water getting accidentally kicked over. It is clean looking and secure.The only thing I’m slightly bummed about is now it is $20 cheaper than what I paid for it here a few weeks ago. Oh well! Buy it!

This product arrived timely and was very easy to assemble. It’s very sturdy and not a single defect noted. Also, the recovery tank is the icing on the cake! I’m using it for an upcoming outdoor event.

This thing will make you think about how much water you waste in a conventional sink. Easy to assemble, easy to use. My only complaint would be the screen on the drain is really fine so it clogs really easy, but that's a small inconvenience.

I brought for my bedroom the only bad thing is I’m on the second floor and it’s a little hard to fill basin and it is very heavy trying to take up steps. I really love this sink.
