Entertaining and challenging
I love everything about this game, as it is entertaining and brain challenging. Plus, we have think Oi the best word to build to get points. In addition, it is also strategic since you have to block your opponents' access to reach the highest points squares.For non native speakers it is also a means to enlarge your vocabulary. I usually play it with my son (35years old) and my granddaugther (13 years old). It's three generations and it's fun and educational.I think it is best played with 2 or 3 players. Otherwise I believe the game should have more letters, both vowels and consonants.Anyway, as I said, I love it and vividly recommend it.

Good quality and very playable
This is a really nice set - the word tiles are white in colour rather than the traditional wooden coloured ones, and slightly smaller. The board colour is in my opinion not as good as the original - they used to be the colour of premier quality baize card tables, this newer colour is not as pleasant on the eye. I will look out for one of the slightly older sets and gift this but we got it for Christmas and played some great games, the game itself is brilliant - really good for keeping your brain working, and a whole lot better than dozing off in front of rubbish on the TV.Almost perfect! Good value for money and you will play forever once you start.

Cheap and nasty board.
A folded piece if cardboard for the playing board? For the price, this should be mounted. An unimpressive box to store the game in as well. So, 1 star because of the poor value board.
