I'll keep it simple. We just adopted a big 3 y/o 80 lb labradoodle who does not like to ride in the trunk of my 2016 Mazda CX-5 SUV. He always jumps over the seats to sit as close to use as possible. While I'm a mother of an autistic 5 year old who is the king of messes, I don't want my beautiful black leather interior car to "look" like a "mom" car. That is not a judgement on those who have cheerios crunched into all the seats and have juice cups rolling around on the floor of their mini vans. NOT AT ALL. I just love my car and feel strongly that just because I'm a mom and a dog mom doesn't mean my car has to reflect it. I take great pride in having it be clean and neat. The new paw prints, hair and scratches on my seats were not welcome, so I needed something like this that would work in my SUV, not detract from the sleek look of my car and would work with the booster car seat. So far this has been great! Here's what I like:EASY - Truly, this is SO EASY to put in and take out of the car. You really don't need a PhD to install this I promise! It's very simple, easily adjustable and intuitive. I had it in in about 5 minutes. Also, when someone that doesn't have a tail wants to ride in your back seat, it's really easy to peel back just one seat on the side without having to take the whole thing out.QUALITY - Unlike some other cheaper bench seat covers, this one is higher quality. I like the thick quilted material. Not only does it look nicer, but I can tell it will hold up much better. The material will keep your big dog from slipping and sliding around unlike some others.COMPATIBLE WITH MY CAR - See pics for the fit.EASY TO CLEAN - Any cover that can't be thrown in the wash was out of the question for me. This one can and is so easy to do!The only thing I would say I don't love so much is that it isn't a perfect fit in, especially in terms of the LATCH system of my car seat and the seat belt holes. While it isn't perfect, it is usable, so I'm keeping it. All in all it fits well enough for what we need and I'm happy! I hope this helps someone else! For the record I did NOT receive this item for free or at a discount. I paid full price for it!

3.5 stars - I just recently installed it on my 2016 Honda CR-V EX. I do not have a pet but I do have 2 young sons (7& 5) who still use a car seat and booster seat) I love them very much so I "allow" them to eat snacks/feed them lunch on the go - <cough cough> my husband forbids eating in his vehicle lol! But I also love my vehicle and I am told I won't be upgrading to a new SUV anytime soon hence I bought seat cover to protect the fabric from stains, dirt, mud, food etc. The seat cover is big enough to cover all of the back and the bottom of the bench seat. There are indeed cutouts for the seatbelt clip (hope you know what I'm referring to) and Velcro closure for the seatbelt that you pull over the body. My minor complaint about the cutouts is that its a little too wider/bigger so any dust/food particles can possibly go in there. Installation was a breeze and I only used the stretchy material to secure it under the sides of the seat - I didn't use the hooks. (Can someone tell me if those hooks are just to turn it into a hammock thing for a pet??) I will update my review once I see how it holds up with the kids and food eating habits, when I wash the sheet etc. I'll try to post pictures too a little later. Oops forgot to mention that I bought the green color. To me it looks super duper dark green - almost looks brown to me. I don't think the picture matches the green that I received.

This is the first "real" car seat cover I have ever ordered. Prior to this, I have always used an old sheet or blanket. However, the dog I have now is enormous and an old sheet just doesn't quite do the job anymore. I waited until I had used this a couple of weeks before I wrote the review; I wanted to see if it would hold up to a 120-pound dog riding on it every day for a couple of weeks. To my surprise (surprise considering the low price, I should clarify), it's fabulous.It doesn't matter if you have two or three headrests in your backseat. I have three. The car seat cover is made for two. The middle headrest just doesn't get a loop. Simple. And it is so easy to install! I am NOT good with buckles or straps, but this was easy, and it only took a couple of minutes. I drive a Hyundai Sonata, and it covers the entire back seat. I have the kind of seats that are directly attached to the floor, but there is still a crevice for the strap to wiggle into to hold the seat down at the bottom. The tubes (about 2-3 inches long) poke right into the crevice between the seats to hold the seat cover down. This is wonderful feature. Yes, the seatbelt slots are wide. Of course they are wide. It is a generic carseat cover. It has to accommodate all makes and models with all the wonky spacing for seat belts. But, that also makes it good for big and little hands alike to find the seat belt connectors.My daughter's booster seat sits nicely on top of the carseat cover. It does not interfere with the safety of the booster seat in any way.Great product, great price. Highly recommend.
