Where have this been?!
I purchased this item because my son wears ortho-k hard contact lenses. He's been wearing them for over 6 months. I dread having to put them in every night and thought I was just stuck having to fight to keep his eye open while trying to maneuver the lense in his eye. This device definitely did the trick. It makes inserting them much easier and smoother. What used to take 8-10 minutes now takes less than 1 minute. Most definitely recommend using this if you struggle having to place hard plastic contact in.

excellent spare for home and travel
New lens for one of my eyes, many steps to putting it in and taking out. I travel a lot, and wanted spares to keep at home.

Good length but small hole
This would be better if the hole was larger.

Didn't work for me. Meager instructions
Albeit these weren't expensive, they weren't very useful either. I couldn't get them to work as hoped. The instructions could have been more comprehensive.

Product received is not what was in the description
I recently went on a business trip and forgot my vented "tool" for inserting my Synergeyes Duet lenses. I decided it was time to have a dedicated "tool" for my toiletries bag because inserting these lenses with two huge fingers isn't my idea of fun. I ordered what I thought I already had, a vented tool in a plastic carrying case. When it arrived, it was actually 3 non-vented tools in a plastic ziploc baggy. When I ordered it, I thought $15 for a "tool" was a bit much, but the convenience it would create was worth the price. Now I have 3 times as many as I thought I was going to get but I have to cut the end off of them to make them vented. No big deal. BUT, I really wish it came with the plastic case.
