I absolutely LOVE this electric meat slicer!I ordered it primarily to thinly slice homemade prosciutto, capicola and bresaola, which it does with ease and perfection.It has also solved my issue with buying a whole un-sliced loaf of Danish rye-bread from baker.I can slice it up with ease using this slicer and store slices in the freezer until needed.The slicer is not too heavy to move around, but is sturdy.The programmable dial allows for everything from paper-thin to thick slices, suitable for any kind of meats, cheeses, breads...

I got the slicer to cut meat. Fresh meat does not slice that well. You might want to freeze it a little before cutting.Taking out three screws every time you clean might be a hassle to some. I don't think I will use it daily rather take it out once in a while to cut meat before packing and freezing.

Works very well! Sliced up a chuck roast today very thin to make cheese steak sandwiches. Quality is superb for the price! All metal! Great value!

I've only used this slicer a couple times and so far it's pretty good. I was able to get perfectly sliced bread.The other slices were seitan. It did an ok job but even on the lowest setting the slices were a bit thick. I haven't tried to slice cheese yet.There are a couple things about this slicer I don't like. The motor... I'm wondering how long it will hold up. When I first turned it on it sounded like it was winding up. Another thing is definitely pick up some food grade silicone. After washing the blade a couple times it starts to squeak. There's a few raised edges behind the blade. I'm not sure why those ridges are even there.

Was excited to get this and disappointed when I did. It made so a loud noise the whole time when the blade was running. When I would ouch on the guard to slice the meat the whole unit would move. Blade ran slow and if you want something thin forget it. You can not even come close to chipping meat. I had to push on the left side of the unit to come close to thin. Don’t waste your money! I had to order a new one and love it! You get what you pay for!

Used to slice turky breast and salamiThe slice machine don’t keep the slice thickness setting , keeps changing itself during use.Machine is too loud of a noise.It’s impossible to clean behind the blade.Cutting speed blade is slow and not controlled.The package arrived in an old box as it’s a returned item with a scotch tape to keep the box from breaking apart.

Works great now can save money from the deli
