My kid loved it
Got this for my son and he found it so helpful. He asked if he could write a thank you note to the authors, so I guess that’s what this review is. Thank you! The book is really clear and user friendly, and is even fun! We’ve enjoyed going through this together and he’s asked for others in the series.

Very helpful
My 12 year old son is working his way through this book and he finds it really is helping him to see his fears in a different light. It is great to have a resource that is written for kids to read for themselves in language that makes sense to them, as I know as a parent I sometimes don't have the right words or know what to say for the best. It does feel just a tiny bit too young for my 12 year old lad, but I couldn't find anything like it in a similar style for older kids.

Fun learning for all
Absolutely love this book. It's been so effective with my kids and fun reading for all the family. Really makes kids analyse situations better.
