Great material, normally wear Victoria secret medium but reading up reviews ordered XL. I knew based on reviews that the material shrinks, which it did. So finally got the pants to my size , the top is boxy which I don’t care as it’s comfy. Overall I like it, it’s warm and soothing to the skin in mild winters, I may order another set.

These P.J.s are soft, medium weight, well-fitting, comfortable and cute flannels at a reasonable price. I bought them for my mother and she loves them. They are true to size (my mother's a pretty average and proportionate 5'4, 140lbs, and the medium fits her well). Also, my mother wore and washed her PJs all winter without any shrinkage.And they have exceptional customer service. When I bought the PJs for my mother, it was after an extensive search for a good pair of reasonably priced flannels. Which is not easy to find -- most were either not 100% cotton (deal-breaker), had ugly or goofy patterns, cost more than I am willing to spend on a pair of pajamas, or had other problems indicated in reviews such as poor fit or poor quality. So, having, after such an extensive search, decided that these were the best option out there, and then seeing that my mother's worked out so well, I decided to order a pair. However, at that point, there were not any in stock in my size in the color I wanted. I contacted customer service and asked if they would be getting more in stock. She told me that they weren't expecting a new shipment anytime soon but then - to my great surprise - she told me that she had searched for and found a pair in a warehouse somewhere and managed to post it on Amazon, and encouraged me grab it quickly before someone else did, as she did not have any way to keep them on hold for me. In fact, I didn't grab them in time, and someone else got them. But I was very impressed that the customer service agent went so way, way "above and beyond" to try to help me get the exact product I wanted. It was something I would not be surprised by from my small town local department store, but would never, ever have expected from an Amazon seller.And here's where the poor quality control part comes in. I normally would order a small, but I'm very close in size to my mother and tried hers and found that they fit fine, a bit loose, but still comfortable for pajamas, so I ordered a medium in the color I wanted, which was in stock. I received my pair and, similar to some other reviewers experience, I wore them once and they tore along the pant leg seam. I returned the pajamas and received a refund from Amazon. However, I also contacted the seller's customer service again to let them know what had happened and how disappointed I was, indicating that I had seen that other reviewers had a similar experience and, given that I had an excellent experience with one pair and such a bad experience with the second pair, they very clearly had a quality control problem. The customer service agent was very responsive and honest, acknowledging that they did indeed have a problem but was emphatic that it was a problem with one shipment and that the problem had been resolved and I could count on quality products should I order from them again. And if I hadn't, in the interim, happened upon and purchased a very nice pair of deeply discounted flannels elsewhere, I would have ordered another pair for myself. And, in fact, my mother wore hers so often that I ordered her a second pair in another color, for when the first pair were in the laundry, and she has been as happy with that pair as the first, again, with a fine fit, no shrinkage and no quality issues.So, yes, quality control appears to have been a very real problem for this item, but overall my experience with the first item I bought and my contact with the seller left me with the belief that they have integrity and a solid operation and inspired me to write this detailed review to give them a well-deserved shout out among some bad reviews.

Love that it's cotton. Wish it had tighter fitting at the bottom of the legs so the legs won't rise up and expose skin when it's cold!

I like these flannel pjs very much. Nice fabric, great color & well made. Would have given them five stars, but they run a bit small. Definitely buy a size up if you want your pjs a little roomy.

These are very soft and comfortable. I rated as 4 star instead of 5 because the pants are a smidge on the small/short size. I'm 5'7", normally wear a size 6, and ordered a small.

Brought for mom and she loves them. Heavy material, to keep warm. Draw string. Comfortable. Great pj's for elderly.

I ordered a larger size because I knew they would shrink and I like a loose fit, but the top was smaller across chest and upper arms and shoulders with limited room for free movement. The material was not soft, rather rough on skin even after washing. I usually don't pay this much for pjs, but I love the color and it was long enough unlike cheaper ones. I am hoping they will soften up after more washings. I am not a busty figure, perhaps those who are will take into account need to order a much larger size.

True to size but shrunk a size upon laundry and drying. Disappointed!

Product is well made and true to size but the fabric is of surprisingly low quality. After only one wash, the product looks used and tired already.
