Easy to use
I plugged in, followed the prompts, and down loaded 3200 photos in about 20 minutes. I was wary not being very literate as far as computers, but this went very smooth, and just follow the promps!

I did not know if this product would really do what they said plugged it in and followed directions, copied 2800 photos first time. loaded phone pics to computer and copied another 345 only used 28 percent of 32 GB. really like this product.

No problem so far.
It was pretty easy to use it looks like it found all my pictures (7217) but it'll take a little while to be sure. I thought their was going to be some trouble finding certain pictures as at first it didn't seem to have individual folders for that many pics that I had them in on my computer but I messed around with it and found them it would have been real difficult to find photo 5450 and have to go thru 5449 photos to find it and time consuming. So far I'm happy with it.

Great for storage from multiple computers
I have seen these devices advertised but have always been skeptical about them. However, I took a chance and ordered one. I found that I had over 6000 pics on my laptop I am currently using. The fact that it finds duplicates and organizes all the photos is great. I also have 4 old laptop computers at home with about 17 years of photos on them. I am so glad I found this so I can download and save all my pictures on this storage drive.

So easy to use.
This is as easy as they say it is. You simply plug it in and follow the directions. No apps or tricks. You can download all your photos from Facebook by clicking a button. Easiest photo storage you will ever use.

device failed to find over 3/4 of my photos
I spent 6 hours cleaning up my duplicate photos in my photos app (have a mac) so that I could use this device. I got my photos down to about 2100. This stupid thing only coud find 34 photos. So, I tried it againa nd it found 8; so I tried it again and it found about 600. So my opinion is that this is worthless, as it cannot even find photos in my photo library. There is no option to select photos instead of iphotsos library, but since iphotos library is also still on my computer, I cannot understand why it oculd not find anything. Did the update for software, and now it found over 4400 images, but it is all jpegs of background and other layout options available if you want to order apple photo products. So spent literllay hours going through the picturekeeper deleting these items, hoping somewhere there woud be anything I actually wanted to have backed up, but no luck so far, after over 18 hours struggling with this thing. It does find a lot of junk that is probably not want the user wants to have backed up in the first place.
