STRUCTURED
On Page 148 he states in reference to a well known preacher, "Moreover, relying on who says what will not settle this matter," yet on the very next page he quotes from the man-written Gloria Patri to support a point. That is just one of many examples, so in essence the book often comes across as mere proof-texting. I will probably get something out of this, but would not recommend it to anyone.

Reality of End Times
This is a most reasoned book using scripture as its basis. The eschatological fights I have noticed have continued unabated from the time of Millerites and their "second coming" of Christ predictions in their lifetime.................................... There is in my opinion nothing but confusion ,disappointment and destructive behaviour to show for it all. In my view even nations have gone to war with these things in mind. The damage done has been enormous and even ties in with the role and influence of great and small nations and how a better understanding of the kingdom changes our whole approach to life and evangelism here and now. ........................I would recommend this book to those who are willing to be open minded about where their beliefs on eschatological events have come from...........................that are willing to consider and look at the evidence presented in a fresh manner that honours a biblical scriptural basis as foremost;way beyond traditional influence taken on board as if factual who knows when and how...? . I was certainly not disappointed;but at various points was challenged. But thats John Noe! And am the better for it. More sure and positive. Barry.

Must read!
I am giving 5 stars even though I am halfway through. Such a great work of research and energy! This is the third time my life as a believer has been completely changed. I used to stay away from eschatology, no more. A must read for any believer in Christ. Even if you come away not agreeing, it will cause you to get in deeper and live your belief.Edit... I finished this book yesterday and the 5 stars remain. Excellent work and study. I really like the idea of synthesis which is what most of us do anyway. So many questions answered. Thank you John Noe!

THE best Biblical presentation on the end times!
I highly recommend this book for every believer who desires to know the truth according to God's Word. Every end-time view is examined in light of the Bible and what you discover is truly amazing! I've been studying this subject for over 40 years and have never found one book that provides everything I've been looking for. I am grateful beyond words to Dr. John Noe and his labor of love and truth.

Jesus will come again regardless of other teaching.
The author is confused on the return of Christ because of lack of wisdom, knowledge, and understanding. He claims Jesus never left, and worse. "He doesn't have to "come back" from anywhere and "returning" makes no sense." P. 257Poor John Noe needs to answer why did the Apostle John at the end of Revelation plead, "Come LORD Jesus!" if He was already here?Poor John Noe wrongly teaches, "We have no scriptural warrant, necessity, or language for a return." Obviously poor John. Noe has not read, "Galileans, why are you standing there looking up at the sky? This Jesus, who was taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way that you saw him go to heaven." Acts 1:11. John Noe should learn that Christ physically left and will physically return in the same way!Further, when Jesus returns every eye will see Him and it won't be in secret.John Noe lacks how Jesus is always with us but at the same time is coming again. For those that believe Jesus has come in the flesh know He was complete without sin, a spirit, soul, and body. Those who believe in Him are gifted with His spirit which makes them born again and enables them to receive the Holy Spirit. Thus, we are in Him and He is in us who believe in His death and resurrection. What we wait for is the coming of Christ on the Last Day to resurrect the dead and give us a immortal body and ever remain with our glorious LORD and Savior Jesus Christ. AmenBasically, this is not the book for the searching Christian for instruction and I would recommend the Scriptures instead. It helps to ask for the Holy Spirit for the best guidance possible for understanding and not John Noe.

Still reforming...
A much needed "fusion" of the "last days" views, whether pre, a, post or preterist - taking the best from each and discarding what is unbiblical and not supported with scripture. Noe is able to scripturally explain Jesus' "difficult" predictions in His Olivet Discourse, Daniel's 70 weeks, Revelation and more with stunning Biblical exegesis, reason and skill. Christians that truly believe 2 Timothy 3:16 no longer have to make excuses. When the first verse of Revelation says "these things must soon take place" you can believe it! (hint: soon is NOT defined as 2,000 years and counting) This will be a hard read for most Christians brought up with Hal Lindsey and the "Left Behind" theories of a "second coming", but the truth will set you free to enjoy the present Kingdom in all that God has planned for us. "Behold, I am with you always, until the end of the age" (Matt28:20) Sola Scriptura - can we agree? Amen.

Outside the Box
Thinking outside the box of mans traditions, John Noe has taken a big step in the right direction toward reform regarding eschatology. He takes the four major and competing views of eschatology, exposes and discards their weaknesses by putting them through the fire of SOLA SCRIPTURA (only the scriptures)and forges the strengths of each into one meaningful view that reflects the perfection of Gods character. This work has definitely challenged my mind and expanded my knowledge concerning this divisive but extremely important theological subject. I will never think of the coming of Christ in the same way again. I've never read anything quite like it. This work should be considered by all who are interested in what the Scriptures actually teach regarding the "time of the end."

Empowering
John Noe does an excellent job in describing the 4 major camps in the dispensation debate. It is quite clear how much stuff has been added to the so call end times. The resurrection part, was indeed quite new for me. nonetheless, gave me a greater sense of awesomeness of the work of Christ during the 1st century but strangely enough, I have been come even more aware of the inevitable mortality of the human body. Hence, inspiring me to focus more on my goal because I will not be on earth for ever or even worst, sit down in my but waiting on rapture to escape the toils of lile
