Great fit. Not Hot.
Bought this for my son who is 5' 4, 112 lbs. I got a medium. It is a perfect fit. Arms weren't too long, shirt tail fell well below waist, and he had plenty of room to move around. Material is soft and light enough that he didn't get hot, as it was an ugly sweater party.

I really enjoyed wearing this to my office Christmas party. It actually fit over my sweater so I didnt have to change for the party I just threw it on and went. I typically wear a size Small and this size Small was much bigger than I normally wear. Great shirt though.
