Good book for children with good illustrations
Good book for children. You will get to know how Sir Isaac Newton the greatest scientist ever lived on this planet earth worked with immense devotion and determination. He barely ate and slept for years to achieve what he has achieved. He laid foundation for the modern science. Here are some of the facts: Sir Isaac Newton never married. He invented modern telescope. He explained the true nature of light. He invented calculus along with Libnez. He proved the concept of gravity. He used to work on his experiments every day barely eating and sleeping. He became member of the parliament, Knighted by the queen of England. He occupied the prestigious position-Master of the Mint.

As usual, a fantastic book, very well written and a very suitable book for kids. It was such an interesting book and so easily understandable that the only complaint that i have for this is that it ended too quickly. All in all, i would recommend every child to read the who was/is books.

The book *"Who Was Isaac Newton?"* offers a wonderfully approachable introduction to the life and achievements of one of history's greatest scientific minds. Written by Janet B. Pascal, this biography from the *Who Was?* series explores the life of Isaac Newton, the mathematician and physicist who revolutionized our understanding of gravity and motion. The book is suitable for young readers, with simple language and engaging illustrations by Tim Foley that bring Newton’s discoveries to life. Newton’s journey is recounted in a way that highlights his perseverance, curiosity, and the challenges he faced in his career and personal life. Readers learn about his early years, his work during the plague years, and his groundbreaking theories that forever changed science. Pascal covers Newton's development of calculus and his experiments with light, showing how his discoveries influence our world even today. The book is carefully structured, making complex scientific concepts accessible for kids, yet informative for older readers as well. It presents Newton as both an extraordinary thinker and a complex individual, including his difficult personality and life struggles. The book’s historical context also gives readers an appreciation for the era’s limited knowledge, underscoring Newton’s genius. Overall, *"Who Was Isaac Newton?"* is an engaging and educational read that will inspire young minds to explore science and history. It's an ideal pick for classrooms, school libraries, or at-home reading for budding scientists.
