Works great for elderly father
This item was the best solution for my elderly father to be able to put on his own compression socks! They are quite tight, and if we weren't there to help him, we didn't know how he would get on the socks he needs to wear every day. This device took a bit of practice to turn the device backwards to load the heel pointing away from your body around the curved frame, pulling toward you while feeding the sock to the frame. Then turn it around, place on floor while bracing on a walker or table, and my father stands and simply steps in to the donner, sitting down to finish pulling the sock up to his knee. It is a little work, but he says it is very manageable and worth the effort to be able to put on his socks himself! This device looks strange but works great!

Best product ever!!
This is so easy to use!! It was killing my hands putting on my hubby’s compression socks. Now he can do it himself. Works with any weight socks.

Difficult to use.
This item is difficult to use. I purchased it for my 94 year old mother-in-law who has been advised to wear compression stockings. If the person expected to use this item is weak, overweight, or has problems with feeling in their feet, they will not be able to master this item. They could even become trapped in the item causing them to fall or get hurt. I am totally physically able, not overweight and have complete control over my feet, and had difficulty with this item. I even found myself trapped in the framework when first learning how to use. I would not recommend.

It works, but it's too small for my feet.
I've had this model since 2018. It works, but since I'm 6'3", I have rather large feet. So, I have to do some minor contortions to get my foot through it. Until now, I've just lived with the inconvenience. I'm going to order another, larger one. But since Jobst apparently only makes one size, I'll go with a different brand.

Eliminates a miserable task.
If you wear support/compression stockings on a regular basis, this device will change your life, in a very positive way. The way I use it is to thread the stocking onto the unit, then insert my foot while standing, stabilizing myself by facing my easy chair, and placing my hands on the armrests of the chair.

Everything I needed
I am always pleasantly surprised when a product does what it claims to do. This simple product does exactly what it claims. The device is very well constructed, so my thoughts of making something like it myself were dashed the moment I saw the quality of its construction. I have neglected wearing compression socks, which I must wear daily due to having so many veins removed from my legs because of venous reflux disease causing very painful leg ulcers. Putting on compression socks was simply more painful than the ulcers themselves at times. This device allows me to put on the tightest compression socks more evenly than I have ever been able to do, and it is so easy to slide the socks on without contorting myself into cramping positions. If you wear compression socks, I highly recommend using this device to enhance the design of the what the socks are meant to do.

Grateful Relief
I received this today, and just opened it 15 minutes ago. I knew how to use it because of the video on Amazon so I did not have to read instructions. I put my compression knee high sock over it, pulled it down all the way so the toe was at the very top. I couldn’t do it in a sitting position. I didn’t have the strength in my back or arms to lean forward and lift my leg, so I had to do it from a standing position I just stuck my toe in there and make sure it was snug and then I just pushed my foot all the way through it was so easy. Every single day I fight to get these on because of the arthritis in my hands now granted these aren’t the support stockings I’m supposed to be wearing. I actually haven’t been wearing them because I can’t get them on literally cannot get them on and my husband can’t even help me get them on they’re so tight so I haven’t tried it with those yet , but these Dr. Scholl support stockings that feel very good and always stay up went right on. Such a simple non-electrical device just took so much stress off my life and almost brought me to tears. I just looked at it this inanimate object and said thank you…thank you ! I can’t imagine that it’s not going to do any less with the super tight support stockings I’m supposed to be wearing. Thank you to the creator of this device.

The best thing i have found for putting on support stockings. I think this should be promoted in all drug stores and nursing homes. There a lot of people have a problem putting ontheir socks. I have not tried with socks but I bet it will work
