1 - The clamps they sent do not work with the rail system. I had to remove the rails. The rails will work if I only use the bottom holes. However, the supplement instructions specifically stated to use the same holes, except for the middle one. The clamps sent could have easily have been shortened and widened to work with the rail system.2 - For this installation, the instructions said to use the longer bolts provided. The long bolts left 1.5 threads, so the nuts would not provided a secure grab. The washer provided would have prevented any nut from being attached.3 - Speaking of nuts...they weren't provided. I had to go to rush hardware store at 9:30 in hopes of beating their close time in order to get the proper hardware. 6 longer bolts and 6 nuts that actually fit those bolts.4 - The instructions for installing the rails were lacking. Perhaps this had to do with the incorrect instructions for the rail system and the fact that the clamps provided will not work with the rail system.5 - The video on the website provided 0 additional help. Unfortunately, there were not any good alternative videos on Youtube to assist with how these long clamps could magically defy the laws of physics and work with the rail system.6 - The hardware pack specifically said for Nissan Titan 2016+.Two points the positive side, once I removed the rails, went to the hardware store to get the proper nuts and bolts, and returned home, the installation only took an hour. Two, it looks good.I'm torn between 1 and 2 stars. If I didn't need the cover for a trip this weekend, I would have sent it back and gone with another manufacturer entirely. I'm only giving 2 because once I had everything, the install was easy. If Bak customer service has a decent response, I may go with a 3. However, I find it unlikely that I'll ever by a Bak product again unless their CS is so overwhelmingly good and provide appropriate hardware for installing with the rail system.Update - Downgraded to 1 star. I contacted manufacturer for replacement parts that would work with rails almost 8 weeks ago. They said that they would send. I've followed up 3 times. They have not sent and are no longer responding to emails.

The package was securely packed in expanded foam so there was no damage in shipping. All of the parts looked great and fit my Titan XD perfectly.Installation was a challenge since there was only a single page of instructions with one side showing with the track system and one side showing without. The instructions for how to mount the rail/clamps was not very well illustrated. There was nothing mentioned showing where to use the foam weather strip or other small parts.It took over an hour to install with most of that time wasted trying to interpret the instructions. Now that I have figure out what goes where,it would probably only take 15-20 minutes if I needed to install another one.I really like the fit and look and would not hesitate to order again for my next truck. Would be 5 stars if the instructions were better.

So I ordered this item for a 2018 Nissan Titan PRO 4X which has a 65in bed with the utility track. I get the cover on Wed and plan on installing Friday after work. Well I opened everything up Friday and start to install, first problem is there were no instructions to install on the utility track without flipping over. From my understanding they added new hardware and instructions May time frame so you dont have to flip over the track anymore. I had the hardware just no instructions. I called Bak and I was emailed the new instructions. Then when I went to instsll the bed rails they were too long. I called Bak back and sent them a picture. After we went through all the part numbers Bak said I have the right size cover just the rails were cut wrong and mislabeled. So its Friday and they can't send anything out till Monday, by over night air. Just very frustrsting you spend almost $1000 on something and can't use it because thier quality control screwed up. We will see what happens come Monday and if I get the bed rails on Tuesday. So far not very happy.UPDATE: So I did not get the bed rails until Wed. They were the right ones. I installed it in about an hour. Pretty easy. It looks really good on the truck so I am happy with that. I am giving 3 stars because a certain person in Bak customer service department seem like what do you want me do about it, so I had to keep calling back to follow up to make sure the rails were sent overnight. Baks quality control department (if they have one) also needs to be inspected.

I would buy this again all day long for $500. It does what it says it will and is mostly water proof but taking it all in I don't think it's a good value. The install is a little frustrating. The model specific supplement page looked like a bad fax and was unreadable. You can tell that the design is a one size fits most and the brackets/clamps are the model specific part. The prop rod system to keep it all the way open is a good easy design but the clips for the rods to rest in are a joke. The rails also have sharp edges especially at the tailgate end where they can fillet you if you're not paying attention. Barely clears my bed extender as well. Overall just a good product that needs some minor fixing/meddling with.

Defective placement of prop up rod holders on cover. Prop up rods ended up being too long for where they placed the prop up holders. I had a few other minor concerns about build quality for the cost of this item but not worth mentioning. Bak offered to send a new cover only when I first spray painted my zip code on the cover then drilled holes in it and sent them pictures. So I would have to get spray paint work at destroying the cover, then after pictures get rid of this cover somehow and hope they did in fact send me a new one. After I destroyed it what guaranty would I have of getting a new one? Completely horrible and wasteful policy. I returned it to Amazon for a refund. Much easier than fighting for a replacement and the work needed to get rid of it. Due to this I bought an Undercover Armour flex.The MX4 did look good on the Truck, but for the extra $100.00 the Armour Flex quality is better.

The installation was better than expected. Impressive Fit. Securing pins/latches hold exceptionally well.

easy intstall with utilitrack had to use the longer bolts to the sliding brackets to even out in the track as when the small bolts tighten with the c clamp it does bend an angle.. otherwise perfect
