It has some interesting bits... But it just continues the myth that commercial success equates artistic quality. A book that doesn't even touch the subject of lack of skill and sales based in personal favours of a lot of contemporary art. Not impressed!

Really enjoyed this book thank you! Great content and visual appeal ... read this all the way through to the end which is a ++ sign for me as often dip into books and leave them at about 30% read ... this one 100% and wanting more :)

One of the few non-fiction books I have read cover to cover, it's well written and entertaining.Has it made me a better artist -- no. But maybe I now understand why I am not a better artist.

This is a great little book to inspire you get on with things rather than pick the fluff out of the tumble dryer.

A good writing style and i enjoyed being taken places I had never been . I particularly liked the problem solving approach of some of the artists he talks about. Will' s book has encouraged me to dive in and read more about the points he makes...so job done.

Too focused on painting and visual arts. Kind of show of sometimes. But the last two chapters makes whort the hole book!

I liked this book so much I gave it away as a present and I'm going to have to buy a second copy!

Really inspiring and easy to read. I wrote out a tonne of quotes from this book which I come back to again and again when in need of motivation. Bought more as presents too.
