I have a new pair of Newbury boots/ Chelsea style, but with slightly higher sides. Perfect fit, but getting them off was a real struggle. Saw this on Amazon, absolutely brilliant. It works perfectly as described. Highly recommend.

It's simple, easy to use, cheap & just works. Brilliantly.Hold it steady with one foot as you back the other into the V notch & pull your boot off, repeat with the otherboot and hey presto! Your boots are off.If you think you might need one then just buy one, they are cheap enough to not worry about & if you decide to keep it then you will wonder why you didn't get one sooner? 😀

Best thing I ever bought. Sounds silly I know but after purchasing a rather expensive pair of wellies, I found that I was trapped in them after a dog walk. Standing at the boot of a car wrestling myself out of wellie boot while onlookers and their dogs look at me in confusion, swearing and waving my leg in the air trying to free myself from the clutches of the foot eating wellie… this thing, dropped on the floor behind the boot practically scares the boot off my foot like a cucumber behind a cat. Excellent value, so easy to use, feels robust enough to not snap under the forces of evil… err… I mean pulling your foot out of a well fitting boot. Recommended by a city guy moved to the country… get one, it’s worth it!

Essential item if your wellie boots are difficult to remove. It is well made and sturdy and works perfectly.

Not sturdy enough for the job it is supposed to do.The main reason for buying this item, was to stop the continuous bending to take of my boots/shoes.I have more stress now than ever, trying to keep the item stable on the floor, so it requires more bendingDo not recommend this item for people suffering with lower back conditions.

Was worried it might not work well as it’s so lightweight but it works just fine so far.
