I caught it on sale for half price. I said that wasn't going to spend all that money on a piece of plastic. When I recieved it I was shocked, It was bigger and sturdier then I thought it would be, it is bigger and sturdier then the one that came with my brother machine. The only thing is that it doesn't snap to the machine, I just use a piece of a rubber mat that I had bought from The Dollar Tree under it. I love it at half price but I didn't have to have one for $50.

Extension

This does what it's intended to do but the measurement markings, or ruler that is built in is not accurate. The metric ruler is fine but the imperial marks are actually 1-5/16" for the 1" length. Plus it the unit slips and slides easily so you might want to put a non skid mat under it to prevent it from sliding.

I'm using the table extension to give me a larger flat area to assemble and sew my projects. I don't use my sewing machine within a cabinet, it sits on a table.

This extension table does not have a way to attach to your sewing machine. The "ruler" is in correct. It does help if you can keep it from moving.

It’s a good size and fairly good price. I wish it locked in or had some way not to slide away on the bottom. It was hard to find one that fit my machine until I looked on the back and searched with the machine model number. I ended up using packing on tape to attach it to the machine while I’m working on this quilt. Just hoping I can get it off fairly easily when I’m done.

Fits like a dream, free gift is, well, free. I'm still looking at it, intimidating it is.
