Not for my hair type :(
This definitely got my hair clean, but stripped my hair of all its moisture after only shampooing twice. I have very thick kinky hair (I think it's considered 4c hair??) that sucks up moisture like it's constantly dying of thirst in the sahara, so this isn't what I needed. Maybe it works for others of a different hair type tho
