I really like this wire loom. Compared to the more traditional PVC stuff, which is much more stiff and a little harder to work with, this loom is softer and more flexible and works well in certain situations where less rigidity is okay. I use this more for in-home jobs, like managing computer cables, TV cables, etc. where I really don't need the more common stiffer loom (like in vehicle applications). This loom holds up very well and seems to be pretty durable. It is the perfect solution to tame a cabling rat's nest and once installed, it looks great. It has really helped out in creating a clean look around desks and entertainment centers in the home. I've also used it on portable rolling TV carts to keep cable managed and safe from tripping. It helps hide cable messes and overall this is just a great value for the money. I've now purchased and used several different sizes, and have absolutely no complaints at all. The various sizes offered from Alex Tech have all been spot-on and when I measure out what I need, I know the size I order will be correct. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a solid cable management solution.

Needed to clean up bunched up wires in my engine bay, for an aftermarket accessory. Wires looked like that bundle of tangled cables in that random junk drawer 😂 This braided loom is easy to install, protects your wires, and looks good. Way better than the traditional plastic wire loom. Definitely worth it. I used the 1/4" and 1" I used the 1" size to bundle up 3 strands of the 1/4" loom, to cut down on length for a cleaner look.

These are pretty good cable covers. The only thing is, they don't have much give in their sizes, meaning that they don't shrink much around cables from their advertised size. So if you oversize, you can't wrap the cover tighter on the cables so they aren't so thick around. They are a bit rigid and can't be wrapped tighter and hold on its own unless you use something like cable ties around it to keep it tight on the cables. So just make sure you select the proper size so you don't oversize like I did when I purchased a couple of sizes.

I had a mess of wires running to the house from two different solar arrays, and because of all the gravel the builders left in the ground around the house, burying the cables was just not an option for this DIYer. But we’ve got field mice and chickens and other critters that might like to chew on my cables so I got several of these cord protectors. They get the functional job done, but I had not considered what a difference it would make having the cords tidy. The black color makes them disappear, and even if the chickens scratch up the mulch I put down around them, they can’t tear them up. I did have to cut some pieces, and they will fray badly if you don’t heat-seal them, so be prepared for that. But they are a dream to install, and they were definitely worth the extra cost compared to some of the cheaper alternatives. Don’t even question it. This is what you want, and you will not be sorry you invested in them.

I love this product. I've purchased it twice and plan on buying more when I run out. This is not the most asethically pleasing product, but it's great when compared to the alternative. I prefer a more clean minimalistic look and now there are less loose wires everywhere in my house. A single thick black wire is more preferable to a mess of random different wires all over the place. It's easy to use and keeps everything secure. It's a little more annoying taking out wires if you have multiple stuffe din there, but it's worth the hassle. I also have a kid on the way so this thick mesh plastic is not a choking hazard when compared to every other thin and loose cable.

I purchased to protect my cat from chewing on electrical cords (she ruined a few) It works she hasn’t chewed through yet and I’ve had these on for a few years and still good condition. Also great for keeping cords together and easy to use. I stocked up when on sale so I have supply but I’ll buy again any time I need more
