Electro Harmonix Triangle Big Muff Pi - Distortion for Guitars

It’s a marmite thing - you either like big muff tines in your boars for the set you play or you don’t. Then it’s which one there are so many. I feel this one is warmer and allows For some great lead tones. I also like the fat chords.... nice for our rock elements. My advice check out the comparative YouTube content. As a pedal - well built,, great firm factor high end. The value hmmm .... expensive but worth it. If you like the marmite ;)

I’ve tried a few muffs, cheaper clones to Ibanez and electro harmonix. I love my Biyang Fuzz Star, worth every penny. The triangle is small and simple, sounds better than the Russian and the Nano on my set up. Classic, original tone, useable and very low noise when engaged. Well made and built to last. A keeper. Now my only dilemma is which to use!

Absolutely brilliant pedal , I'm really pleased with it I also have a Op Amp Big Muff but I prefer the sound of this one .If you like that blusey sound of a les Paul on a neck pickup with the tone rolled off this pedal sounds spot on with tonnes of sustain too , you can get the same style as an Ebow with it if you turn the sustain right up ..The best Muff so far .A☆☆☆☆☆

This triangle version of the Big Muff has the classic fuzz tone I was looking for in a small pedal. My first choice has always been the original NYC made Big Muff pedal though it is quite large.I also own the Russian re-issue and I prefer the triangle version that has a more balance frequency response with less gain that make it better for 70s style Black Sabbath distortion.Build wise, the circuit board is a combination for surface mount resistors and through hole components for the transistors and the diodes. The pedal appears to be durable and built well.This will be staying on my pedal board and I do not foresee any reason to replace it.

Grande effetto, non sono mai stato un appassionato di Fuzz, però questo mi ha completamente lasciato di stucco.Potente, relativamente silenzioso, intuitivo e con un attacco e dinamicità da paura.Promosso a pieni voti.
