THEY WORK WELL.
Plain and simple, these work, and work well. The cable quality is great, the speeds are pretty reasonable as a small pass-through USB cable, and they've played well with tons of different little adapters I've thrown at it. Some great uses fro these: Raspberry Pi users: You'll love these things. Front of Pi can get really cramped, but these guys let you plug-away without fear of odd-shaped USB devices "bumping" one another / not being able to fit when all plugged in at the same time. These guys work awesome. Another great Pi use-case is Retro-Arcade: I had some bluetooth controller adapters plugged in just fine on the front of the pi, but they were getting radio interference from one another being too close. This caused lag in controllers for some of the players if we played a multi-player game. Adding a couple of these cables (and an additional small B->C adapter) allowed me to seperate the BT recievers to opposite sides of the Pi making all of our controller lag / dropout issues went away! I do wish they'd include some just-as-fast B-C micro adapters (not cables, just the flush-mount adapters) because they're super fricking useful in combination with these (as in, you can go back and forth from C to B or B to C with this cable and a b to c adapter - and it seems like it'd be a huge value add for a product like this), but we can always just buy them seperate. We own about 10 of these now and have them deployed in various ways around the house - both my wife and I love them. If you are looking for a very-short but good-quality and high-speed USB-C > USB-B adapter, I'll happily give this product strong reccomendation!

Just about perfect. Surprising quality.
I needed a pair of these to use with a new Macbook Pro and some external HDDs. Like most adapters and cables most of it comes down to the quality and fit and these are about as good as it gets in my opinion. Both adapters are identical and satisfyingly solid. There are no gaps in the fittings and branding isn't overly present. The aluminum casings have a very slight grey tint to them, but you could mistake them for matte black at a glance. The logo is only on one side of the fittings. Once you learn which side the logo is on the USB-A side won't give you orientation problems. If I had a suggestion for this product it would be having a tactile indentation along with the logo for plugging sight unseen. The little grippy bits on the USB-C fitting actually do help as the aluminum doesn't offer much in the way of grip. It's a nice touch. If I have any tangible qualms about these adapters, it's that the braided portion of the cable is very stiff. Which makes them feel like little tanks, which I like, but can make cables a bit finicky with how they lay. The tolerance on the USB-A end is also very tight, which will give you quite a bit of confidence that anything you plug in isn't exactly going to get accidentally disconnected, but you will have to be firm with plugging and unplugging. I've not used them enough to say whether they will loosen up. Personally, I hope they don't. So, if you like the look of these, get them. It will be hard to be disappointed. It's basically just an aesthetic choice.

Worked for power transfer
Bought a dual usb-c charger, but the fitbit I have still has a usb-a male end. This worked just fine to keep it charging. My favorite part about this charger is the angle, specifically with the absence of the grounding prong. I use these for our bedside chargers, and this fits behind our end tables, with the ability to point the usb-c plugs upwards. Every other high power charger I could find included a grounding prong, which forces the cables to plug in from under the device. With this one, it can plug in either way you desire.

Durable, Well Made Converters
RE: uni USB C to USB Adapter 2 Pack, Thunderbolt 4/3 Compatible Male to Female USB-A Converter These are great wee converters. They are made exceptionally well. The plugs fit tightly into the USB4 (USB-C) sockets on my computer. They enable me to facilitate file transfers with other devices that only have a USB-A plug at the end of their cable. If you have USB-C ports, but not all your devices are using USB-C, these converters will come in handy. Their slim profile enables them to be plugged in right next to each other which is convenient if you have two ports side-by-side. Good value for money.

Work great to connect USB drives
My Chromebook is a bit short on USB ports and I needed to use the USB C port with a USB memory stick This solved the problem. (I didn’t have any need for charging or uber-fast data transfer so I can’t comment on that)

Very nice cables and better than the stock one
I am replacing a defective cable that came with the Hip-dac portable DAC that was so flaky I could not use it for walking around because it was constantly resetting itself. I didn't know whether the connector was loose from the circuit board or the cables were both flaky, but I was able to try a jury-rigged usb-c adapter and isolated the problem to the cables. Now it's working perfectly like it never has since I got it. It's a good thing that there's 2 of them because it takes a lot of movement and it's bound to break eventually. Thank you for the quality cable that is correct for my application at a reasonable price..
