MakingCosmetics - Polyglyceryl Oleate - 4.2floz / 125ml - Cosmetic Ingredient

I tried few time to make an emulsion with this emulsifier, it didn't work - all emulsions were unstable. May be I used it in wrong way, but I didn't find a clear instruction how to use it properly. 3 stars because it works well with another co-emulsifier.

Exactly as described. Works well in my DIY products, it breaks down oil pretty well when water is added. Pretty much exactly what I was looking for :)
