I like this product very much. I mix in my gym water(1ltr) bottle, approx. half teaspoon and I feel that it does increase my heart health and vascular system by dilating the blood vessels thereby allowing an increased athletic performance. I also add Bragg ACV in sometimes.

Smells delicious, but I'm not using it for cooking.... handy tip for fat burning... get some empty pills, fill them one third cayenne, one third turmeric and one third cinnamon and take one a day for a month. (Be careful though as they can upset your stomach if you are sensitive)

Another great product - but sadly too rich/strong for personal constitution. Highly recommended for very careful, monitored, controlled use - which I find impossible with favourites and just have to bin and avoid!

My order came before the due date very fast delivery. Smells quite strong but once it's added with water it tastes nice hardly any taste at all. It's helped so far as I suffer with contapation and has started to help relieve it too. I highly recommend this product and you can't go wrong with the price too.
