Dark Days (Skulduggery Pleasant)

I loved this book! The book was fun and funny, but I wish there was more about finding Skulduggery Pleasent

Skulduggery is the best!!!!!!!! :DValkyrie is such a great character, I can relate to her and I feel like I really know her. Valkyrie and Skulduggery are such good friends under all that teasing, and other characters such as Tanith and Ghastly add so much personality to the story.My brother reckons there should be a Derek Landy day, and for once I have to agree with him.I'm sure Derek would approve of this.There's no way I can explain how awesome Skulduggery Pleasant is. You're just going to have to read it yourself.ChristobelJoy

I just started reading these books a few weeks ago by a suggestion. I wasn't too excited about reading them, but every since I started, I've fallen in love, and am now buying them online since I can't find any of the books after the 3rd one in America. In this book, there's plenty of humor woven into the suspense and danger that is loaded through the book. Every time I read these books, the story translates easily into movie-style--I hope these will someday be a movie! I love every Skulduggery Pleasant, and can't wait to read more.

Usually in books first is the best. Second is the worst. Third pretty good. And the fourth is just as good as the third. This was far better than the third, and not only met my expectations, but it surpassed them. I have only one problem with this book, and that is it does not appear to be widely available in the good old USA. In my opinion this book was as good as the first, if not better, and that is most certainly saying something.

Book arrived in great shape in the time frame promised. These books are so hard to find for my son who came to love the first few in the series and has been asking to complete them for over a year now. They will make great Christmas gifts for him. :)

I started listening to this series with my granddaughter and though she grew out of it I love the series. It is sharply written with humor and action. This book has been very hard to find in the US but I am looking forward to finishing it and going to the next one.

"Dark Days" is quickpaced, humorous, and action filled. Derek Landy's vivid descriptions will keep the reader on the edge of their seat. The only fault in "Dark Days" is its cover. The cover does not display the book as a whole but instead only shows the creepy parts of it. Bookcovers aside, I would highly recommend it to all fantasy lovers.

I bought this book as a chistmas present for my grandson. It's the fourth book in the series. He was totally surprised since the book is not available in the US yet. He was so happy and finished the book within two days and is looking forward to the next book.

I thought about why this series isn't made into a movie or something like a movie yet. Later I assumed it hasn't because there is just too MUCH things to pack into one movie. The first book will probably be made (if made) into two or three seperate movies. All the action, plot twists, punches and kicks, and with a lot of bloo… nevermind that. The point is, this series is incredibly GOOD. No joke. Go on, press the BUY button. The book is already waiting for you.

this series is unbelievebly cool. if you like vamps and bad guys,skeloten detectve and 14 year old girl saving the day. finally a book were the good guys dont always win.if you dont like this series you are crazy. ZAC.T

I live for the series it is action packed and I think I may have a crush on Val to sum it up excellent
