I don't understand why they send something that won't work for the model you buy. I bought the air x1 pro because I will go skiing in January and this protective case is supposed to charge the drone and protect. But it doesn't charge because it doesn't connect and doesn't charge with the x1pro drone. I want to know what I do now with this charging box that doesn't work for the drone model I bought???

I have owned a Hoverair X1 and that was already a great product. But The Hoverair X1 Pro/Max is stretching it even further. Delivery of the product was in OTIFNE, on time in full no error. The quality of both product, packaging as well as documentation and start-up are top. I have been using the Pro/Max a few months now and it's great to fly and high quality imaging. And so important with these products: the support is swift and detailled. Whenever I had a question reaction was in less than 48 hrs.
