O cinturão é ótimo para treinar pesado! A união entre fechamento por presilha e velcro tornam ele extremamente resistente e não abre por nada. Mesmo sendo caro para um brasileiro, se vc quer algo que vai durar bastante e te dar confiança para levantar aquelas cargas absurdas eu indico totalmente!

Pagata meno di 30 euro, la stringi quanto vuoi e non sei obbligato dai fori, l'altezza è quella giusta (10/11 centimetri nel limite se fate weightlifting) a me personalmente quelle senza strappo mi sono un po ingombranti con il clean and jerk o con lo snatch e faccio urtare il bilanciere con la cintura che sporge dalla fibbia, questa invece è molto più aderente, la qualità buona
