*purchased size LARGE* Bought this postpartum for support during exercising. I like the fit and it doesn’t really bunch or slide around very much. The back part is ventilated so it doesn’t leave me sweaty there, but the front part with the velcro doesn’t breathe at all. The only things I don’t like about this belt is that the front isn’t ventilated material and the hooked Velcro part doesn’t quite line up when I wear it, so I have to wear a liner with it so as not to have it dig into/scratch my skin or pull at clothing material (I sometimes wear it over my workout shirt). For the lower price, I’d still recommend this product as it does the job.I went with the L, based on other reviews saying it runs small. I’m 5’6” and about a size 8 and it fits pretty well.

I bought this postpartum to help shrink the mom belly and get my shape back. Good fit. Material is breatheable amd doesnt make me sweat. Mostly seamless under clothes except at velco closure. I love the adjustable waist i can make it as tight as i need to as my belly shrinks. Overall happy

it is only good for the first two times after that its lose and does not close properly. Waste of money

I order a large, I am 5’8 before pregnancy my weight was 165. Belly wrap will fit me perfect after the birth of my child.
