USA Company!
The Deluxe Milk frother is my first to own. I purchased on Amazon during there Prime days.I've been using a two piece Milk frother that is no longer available and sounds loud from start to finish. It beeps when you put the Milk cup on the heating unit and beeps when you start frothing and finishes with an extended beep.Quiet will be awesome.I usually pour my hot coffee into the froth and then pour back into my 16 ox mug.I went through your company information because I wanted to know about warranty and replacement parts.Thank you!

Almost perfect
A little background before the review: I love coffee, love the taste, love the smell. I don't like it perked, and I especially dislike the taste of the new single-serve or drip coffee -- you might as well have instant coffee; I use a French press and I tend to like it strong and flavorful (not acidic). And while I don't take sugar in my coffee, I do love it with milk, not cream, not skim, not soy just plain ole regular milk. And I love frothed milk. So this is not the first frother I have had to purchase but it's the first one to merit four our of five stars from me.This is my third milk frother and it's almost perfect. I started out with one of the early glass hand-pump frothers and like many of you found that it worked fine except for the fact that hot milk in the glass container was hot to the touch, the last thing I want to do is hand pump a milk frother first thing in the morning (before having my coffee no less) and of course the glass container was tall and narrow. My hand is not tall and narrow therefore cleaning it was a bear and like many of you eventually the thin tall glass broke -- bottom line it didn't last a year and it was more trouble than the thirty bucks it cost me. On to the second frother, it was cheap and had rave reviews here on Amazon, so yeah I bought it and no it didn't work well -- I can't imagine why people gave the blasted thing such rave reviews. So now you know where I'm coming from, when I tell you that the Kuissential Deluxe Automatic Milk Frother and Warmer, Cappuccino Maker is almost perfect. It does exactly what it says it will do -- I'm using whole milk, not sure if that makes a difference but in case it does I thought I would toss that out to you -- cold or hot and it does it fast and quite. No waiting around, no messing about with preheating in a microwave, just pour the milk in and push the button. It's a virtual no-brainer and at 6 am in the morning before I've had my coffee that's exactly what I want. The teflon coating makes it easy to clean up and it looks great on the counter. I love it when things work and do what they are designed to do, so I raise my cup to you Kuissential, you delivered on a well made machine and made it reasonably affordable. Why not five stars? There are a couple of reasons: while the inside is easy to clean up, I admit that there are moments where I am a little concerned about getting water into the unit and breaking it one of these mornings. While that's not a big deal if your careful it's just something that could potentially be a problem down the line -- therefore the unit is not perfect. Then of course there's the measuring lines which have already been mentioned by a number of other reviewers, so I don't need to re-hash and go into here. Suffice it to say that after awhile you can eye-ball the amount of liquid based on the height of the whisk unit and forget about the measuring lines -- so far that's been working just fine for me and like I said, at that hour I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer. Please keep in mind that I'm just using it to froth, not to make hot cocoa or anything else, just the froth and nothing but the froth. So there you have it -- the measuring line and the fact that I worry about getting water on the electrical parts. Other than that ... yeah kick back and have a perfect cuppa time after time after time. Hey did I mention it also looks great on the counter. Awesome Frother
I'm going to start out with the only flaw that I've found with the frother in the 2 weeks that I have been using it. The Min and Max lines are extremely hard to read unless you have a light shining directly on them. Even in my bright kitchen I can see it until I go to pour in milk and then of course the milk carton casts a shadow over the line and they practically disappear. I'm still giving it 5 stars though since it doesn't impact the performance of the frother because once the milk gets close to the line it starts to become visible again. So if you pour slowly you will never overfill. Now on to the important part. This is an awesome little machine. I have been using for 2 weeks straight now since I first purchased it. First, I tried out using the whisk to see how well it would produce foam and I was pleasantly surprised. It produced the perfect amount of foam for a cappuccino. The frother also had no problem producing this foam with regular cows milk and with the HEB (local grocery store) Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk. I have also tried Silk Almond Milk with the frother but it didn't as well with that brand in making foam for a cappuccino.I have since then switched over to using the stirrer part of the frother as I prefer latte's over cappuccinos and I don't need all the foam. This part works exceptionally well with all brands and types of milk, even chocolate milk and chocolate almond milk. It takes about 3 minutes for it to heat the milk and it produces the perfect amount of foam on top for a great latte. When using the chocolate milk it doesn't create foam at all which is perfect for a mocha.I have also tried the cold stirring for iced coffee. It does this just as well as it does the hot.On to cleaning. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars on the ease of cleaning alone! It is very simple to clean out. The almond milk I use does clean a tiny bit easier than regular cows milk, but even that is still easy. After frothing or stirring, I simply run water into the frother and then wipe it out with a paper towel. It's that easy. I've never once had to scrub or exert any amount of force to get it clean. In my usage, I have found that it's a lot easier to clean out the frother after cold stirring or frothing, which is nice. One thing I haven't tried yet is using the whisk with heavy whipping to make whipped cream as I read that it could in another review. I will update the review once I've had a chance to try that, but even if it doesn't work that well it still wouldn't detract from my 5 stars.Bottom line: If you're looking for a milk frother, this is one the one you need. No frills and thrills, but it does exactly what it's supposed to do, and it does it exceptionally well.UPDATE: After using this frother for 6 months now it continues to be a workhorse in my kitchen. The only other appliance that gets more use than this is my espresso maker itself. Even after 6 months, my only complaint is still how dark the fill lines are. I have even left milk in the frother overnight by accident that dried. Filling it up with water and letting it sit for about 10 minutes allowed me to simply wipe it out with a paper towel.Overall, still one of the best purchases I have made on Amazon.

Fonctionne bien

Great for cappuccino and hot chocolate
Be aware that the brand of milk is very important when using this contraption. I tried Lactantia PurFiltre and Beatrice brands in both 2% and whole milk but none of them would produce any froth. They just got hot and bubbly but not frothy enough to sit on top of the coffee, So at first I was rather disappointed and I contacted Kuissential's customer service. They were very good and more than willing to send out a replacement but I decided to try one more brand of milk and I'm glad I did.Enter Neilson's 2% and whole milk. These worked fantastically!!! They both whipped into a thick and foamy froth, the perfect consistency, and delicious on top of a cappuccino sprinkled with cocoa .As for heating milk for hot chocolate I tried it two ways 1) by mixing the sugar and cocoa in a cup with a little milk until was a syrup and then pouring the warm milk over it and stirring, and 2) combining the sugar, cocoa and milk in the frother and letting it do the mixing. I prefer the taste and simplicity of method #2 but it does require a little more clean up effort. Nothing a small green nylon scrubby sponge can't handle with ease.
