I was so surprised that the chocolate is so rich and tasty. It's high protein, doesn't cause glucose spikes and no aftertaste either.

There are times when I use the shakes instead of a meal. Skipping meals is not good for a diabetic, but these shakes help keep my blood sugar in check. I only use the chocolate flavor but found that it has a great chocolatey flavor. Keep it in the refrigerator for a drink that is refreshing, like a shake, and healthy.

Pricey but Mom likes it. She says it does not taste sugar-free and does not upset her stomach like Ensure does

I like the taste and convenience of these shakes for when I don't have energy to prepare a healthy meal. I've even used some in my coffee at times to add a little protein!

I didn't think this product was going to make a difference in the sugar spikes and hunger dept for me. Well, I was wrong. This curbs your hunger and keep the steady carb burn. The only downside is that I ran out.

Closest thing to having chocolate milk or chocolate pudding. The flavor is so great, doesnt taste dietic , i can have several of these every day.
