Very good quality, easy to use. Ive nt washed it as I use it on clean neck and I haven't had so much sweat or product is not very soiled for a wash, so don't know about the wash. But very comfortable to wear, light weight, easy to use. It reduced my pain as i wore it. 5 on 5.
