I bought this amplifier to use as a desktop amplifier, with two objectives: 1 - to improve the sound of an entry level digital piano, whose speakers were very bad 2 - to connect my cell phone via Bluetooth, to listen to music at the desk. In both cases I used a pair of Acoustic Enegy Aegis (small speakers that I have previously used as surround speakers in a home theater system). In the first case, it failed, I never managed to get the line level input to work, but I think the problem is with the paino line level output. I've already tested it with an RCA cable from my mobile phone, and it worked perfectly. In the second case, the Bluetooth connection works perfectly. Easy pairing, and decent music quality. It's not a "high fidelity" product (how could it be at this price?), in fact just like the speakers used, but it does the job perfectly. And be careful, these speakers are not very easy to drive, as they only have 88db of sensitivity, for an impedance of 6 ohms. Therefore I believe the amplifier will be capable of driving larger speakers. The radio also works perfectly. I didn't test the microphone input, nor the usb input. The only "irritation" are those speaker cable terminals, using the infamous "spring" system. But at this price level, it's normal. It is evidently lacking to test an aspect where many devices in this price range fail: reliability. But I'll only be able to say that in a few months. If it continues to work, I will increase the rating by one star. Pros - price - full of features - easy to use - size - decent sound quality Cons - not a hifi product - those speaker cables terminals...

LiNKFOR Stereo Audio Amplifier with Bluetooth 5.0, 40W x 2 Power, LCD Display, Mic Input, Multi Source Support Specifics: Model shown in title Usage: Used to drive 2 channel output from TV to Bose Acoustimass II speaker system Summary: Overall a great little stereo receiver. We use the radio, line in and the bluetooth streaming. All work great, with some adjustments when switching between. Pros: + The size is great, compact and easy to place + can be mounted under counter (albeit all controls will be upside down) + has enough power to drive the bookshelf speakers and Bose Acoustimass + speaker wire connections are easy to operate + good FM radio reception with antenna extended + remote works reasonably well. Need to be line of sight to unit and fairly close e.g., 10ft + treble and bass controls are nice Note: Have not tried: o the USB input o the microphone input Major issues: None Minor issues: - The biggest issue is that the volume levels are not normalized when switching between radio, bluetooth and line in. This results in the output being either very quiet or super loud when switching modes. - We've found that the remote to our electric fireplace interferes with this unit and changes its mode when turning on/off the fireplace. - the corners near the mounting holes are fairly sharp and can easily scratch furniture or other softer surfaces. - the speaker output connectors are not labeled as left and right. However, they are left and right respectively as you look at the back of the unit. - if set in the open it has some fairly unsightly white writing and figures on the otherwise black outer casing. Would be better if it was all matte black Note: All reviews and opinions expressed are solely my own, based on personal experiences and preferences with the reviewed products. This isn’t the worst project box amp I seen and it certainly has more substantial components inside than other similar units. It still has a long way to go to be the LePai which is the audiophile standard for the mini amps. Yes the other one doesn’t have Bluetooth, but it’s fairly easy to add a Bluetooth receiver to it. It’s not a terrible little amp, but it doesn’t sound as good as others at this price range so it’s hard to recommend it but it’s not terrible. I have some better amps from companies like FX-Audio and Facmogu that are very similar form factor but much better and functionality. And then there is the $35 LePai which sounds better than most of them, but still doesn’t have wireless, but it is easily added. It’s not a bad product, but your money is best spent elsewhere.
