Great tasting Chorizo without all the fat and grease!
We love this soy alternative chorizo. It tastes delicious, you lose nothing in the flavor, but has less fat (and grease!) than it's counterparts, pork and beef versions. We brown it up like hamburger meat and then add eggs for a guilt free, protein packed, chorizo and egg breakfast.
