Turn upside down & let sit on the lid for easy access
Second order. It's a good value, they do decompress by the time you receive the gummies & you can literally fit two bottles into one due to that. They have a shiny coating & stick to each other & to the wall of the bottles. I turned mine upside down so eventually they are all up against the lid & I can reach them easily with my fingers instead of trying to get them all to move towards the top all the time. I can't say it's an appetite suppressant as I intake ADHD meds that already cause that & of course my ADHD brain is also a appetite suppressant all by itself. My energy levels seem ok. I take it at night because it actually makes me sleepy, and I definitely think it helps with a good night's sleep.

Fuel your body naturally
This is easier on my mid-life body than the OTC multi-vitamins I used to take, and, I believe, more effective. As a gummy, it's easy to take and digest. Overall, I do sleep better since taking Moringa, too. Equally important, I like that it's natural.
