The pillows are really very good .. wasnt expcting it to be that great but i must say they are really soft and vry good quality .. these r jus those kind of pillows which u have in hotels.. they are soft , squishy , n their size is also big.. im happy with the purchase.. plus the packaging it came in was classy .. it was well packed in a cardboard box , it seemed like a lcd tv box.. it was very well packed .. though u need to fluff the pillow urself .. i was a bit confused how to do that but instruction paper is there inside .. n after fluffing it , its the right amount of fluff fr me not too high n not tooo low .. very very comfrtable and not to mention i have cervical so decided to change my pillow and didnt want to go for thise special cervical pillows , i jus wanted something to soothe my neck my head while sleeping n this is perfct fr me .. great buy n value for money

Of the 3 separate pillow purchases I have made online, these were the best. They are soft, comfortable and overall a quality product. I definitely recommend it. Product was packaged well and delivered on time. Note: If you do not like thick pillows, do not follow the instruction manual to fluff it up. Once you release it from the vacuum packaging it will gently expand just a little. This initial thickness is perfect for people who like slim pillows and have neck problems. However, if you like them fluffy, then read instructions - it can really fluff up!

It’s soft and all but it’s also too large for a standard Portico-sized pillow case. So when the pillow is (stuffed) in the case, it gets dense and a little hard under one’s head.

Have used Recron Bliss pillows for over 6 years, compared to that it's still on the softer (but soothing) side; this may be a thumbs up or thumbs down as per one's preference. But quality vis-a-vis money spent is top notch! Gives you a 3 star hotel feel & is very comforting to the head & neck. Looking ahead how it holds through the years. As far as Amazon's/Cloudtail's packing was concerned, it was too good, beyond expectation. Also the brand packing itself was innovative & novel rendering apparently sterilized pair of snow-white pillows. All in all satisfied with the purchase. Kudos to Solimo-Cloudtail-Amazon 😊

There is nothing I can talk negative about it. I got this for a price of Rs.749 but wish price could be Rs.100 lesser. I have just used this for 2 days and there is nothing to complain about it. Not sure how long it can last with same softness and same fluffiness. It has just the right amount of height and softness to sleep comfortably. The cloth and filling used is of good quality and adjusts as you lay on it. Open and stretch at pillow corners and then allow it to blow on-self and come to its size for 15-20 mins and its ready to use. Delivered in 2 days so no complains.

Horrible pillows. Very lumpy! Waste of my money. I'm surprised because I'd purchased the same pillows 3 years ago and they were great. I'm guessing the quality has gone down. Would not recommend. Can't return it as I disposed of the packaging since I was sure the product would be up to their usual standard.

At first i felt that the pillow is quite flat and not that comfortable. But after fluffing it up for a while i felt that there was a considerable amount of change in the softness and comfort of the pillow. It become really soft and coushy. It takes around 4 hours to get in its fluffy and comfy pusture. Great product considering value for money it offers.
