We have used this as a weight-loss meal replacement. We have this in place of dinner. The sugar-free powder tastes delicious, vaguely like molten ice cream if you blend it with 250ml skimmed milk and ice. It is filling and works well. However, be warned that as with any high-protein supplement, you will need extra fiber and lots of water through the day to avoid constipation. Overall this works well and we'll definitely buy this again.

I suspect what i got was fake, -as the scoop inside is not standard muscleblaze scoop with logo -the consistency is not that of a casien powder when mixed with water -the moment i opened the seal there was unpleasent synthetic chocolate kind of smell which lingered on for a whole day in my kitchen; however the authenticity code worked on there website. Based on mixed texture , heavy synthetic smell, and the wrong kind of scoop, i suspect it is fake. Probably should have ordered from the MB site or healthkart , i have my doubts And for heavens sake 5 carb from what sweetener when other brand have 1.9 carb . The taste is too sweet like a desert, Taste good but tooo sweet , who in the world formulated this sugar bomb.

I love the taste. It's similar like Complan, reminds me of my school days 😉! Earlier i used Another major brand's protein but i never liked the taste and i experienced severe headache. I expected the same with this, but surprisingly nothing, so far though! Trusted brand. Confidently recommend to everybody.

I am a beginner in weight lifting and have been taking MB casein and whey for over e months now. Results are great and there are loterally no side effects. Would recommend to beginners. Casein is a slow digestive when which helps you to recover for a longer period of time. The best time to take casein is just before going to bed which helps you to repair those damaged muscles while sleeping.

Tastes a bit like medicine but good than a raw raste, mixes good. Can't say about the protein content.
