Loved it!!!!
Loved this product . does what it says. its saved my time and effort. loved the engineering behind this. easy to clean the litter box. in just 2 minutes. my best purchase so far. the size is also big , i have two adult cats. they both loved it. the plastic is also thick and durable . Surely value for money . Privacy wise no comments as its an open letter box. and my cats have no problem using it

Very good product
Pros - Had it about a week. Sturdy, very easy to clean. Seems durable. And they gave an extra pair of side clasps. I've seen reviews where people mentioned their clasps broke so I'm grateful. However, even without the clasps I think I could still use it without the rim. Cons - the manual isn't clear. I thought I had been given defective clasps. It took us 20+mins to realise how to fix them on. (I'm not very handy.. Lol) Edited March 2024 - I've just bought this product for the third time. (2nd was for a relative). It's great having two of these at home... Easiest of all our litter boxes to clean. Wish it came in a bigger size cos our biggest cat would prefer it bigger... Made a video when the latest one got here since I saw a few others are having problems with the clasp too. Hope it helps someone.

Last Litter Box Tray you will every Buy!
This Litterbox might be expensive, but eliminates the need for scooping completely. The product has 4 layers 1. Base Litter Tray (Blue) 2. Filter Tray (White) 3. Top Litter Tray (Blue) 4. Rim with Clips (Blue) The two Litter Trays are interchangeable. When you have to clean the litter, just release the clamps, lift the top litter tray (say blue) and dump carefully the whole litter to the next layer down - the filter tray. Then lift the filter tray to isolate the clumps and dispose them. Loose Litter will fall through onto the Base Litter Tray (Black). Now place the filter tray on top of the recently emptied litter tray (blue) .On top of this, place the recently full litter tray (black). Replace the Rim and clamp it and you are done! The Rim is high enough to prevent 80% of spillage from digging vs flat tray. Also the coating material is almost non-sticky and litter doesnt get stuck if you are using a good quality with sufficient quantity. Thinking of buying one more now !

Poor seller service, useless product.
If you use pinewood litter, avoid the Trixie Berto Cat Litter Tray at all costs. The holes are ridiculously large - pine litter just crumbles and drops straight through, making the tray effectively useless for this type of litter. Although it might be fine for standard litter, it’s a complete fail for pinewood. On top of that, the seller did not even acknowledge my return, and I had to chase Amazon customer care with 4-5 calls over 21 days before I finally got a refund. Absolutely terrible product and buying experience.

Worth it
My cats liked it. The quality seems to be good and sturdy as of now and its quite spacious. Dont have any complains at the moment. Plus it looks good and expensive. Easy to assemble as well.

Good, but in some time one of the trays cracked in the corner
In general it's good, but recently noticed a crack in one of the trays...seems like the material isn't strong enough

The best litter tray
I have used 2 litter trays till now, this being the third one and the best one. The holes are perfect for the litter I use and cleaning takes less than a min. Kudos to the designers.
