Well absorbed
Product is good and well absorbed by my body and product content also in pure and bio-available form.i must say to this product but it is too costly.but remember don't buy other kind of calcium like coral .

Good packaging with expiry date of 08/2021, calsium citrate is the most absorbent form of calcium supplements must go for it.

Labeled Calcium Carbonate in big bold letters.
The label says says Calcium Citrate in big bold letters, and Carbonate/Malate in much smaller font. How much carbonate, and malate, it does not say. I would not recommend any amounts of Calcium Carbonate, which many "experts" say is not good for the Cardio Vascular System. Do your own due diligence. I mistakenly ordered two. So always read the small print on the label before ordering anything.

This is good calcium and the capsules are kind of big but they are easy to swallow

Capsules are fairly large, but easy to swallow. The combo of the citrate carbonate and malate is a good one. Allows for a gradual absorption of the calcium. I like the fact that each capsule is a fairly low dose (250mg). I can take more or less calcium according to my lab results. I also appreciate the fact that it doesn't contain vitamin D. I already take a good sized dose of D3 and don't need to add more. Good product. I will continue to purchase.
